I have been using these guys for a long time. I just had them upgrade my irrigation system and while doing it they broke the underground invisible fence. No of answers the phone - "ever". I sent an email and they responded someone will be calling me to take care of.... No response from the email yet. Tried calling many time, more emails hoping someone will call..... Nothing. I paid them for their work and now they go quite. HELP!

Out of contractors I contacted for this, I felt most comfortable with them. Good estimate. No surprises. Actually gave me one more zone than quoted, no increase to me. After it was installed, addressed 2 concerns I had without hesitation. The install crew was very good. The lead guy explained everything and had me walk around a couple of times just to make sure I was good with everything.

I could not be more pleased with our service technician. Sorry, I do not recall his name. We had a we had a service call scheduled for between 3-5pm. Our technician phoned my husband and said he was done with the call before us and was wondering if we were available? Unfortunately we were not. My husband’s best guesstimate was about 3:15 that I would be available. Sadly, I didn’t arrive home until 3:35 pm or there about a. Our technician was already there and allowed me time to get into the house and get the dogs let outside. Once that was handled he very patiently waited for me to come out

I have been a customer since 2008. They past few years the office has been in disarray. Turnover on staff, no show on appointments, not returning phone calls. This spring I know there's a pandemic but I called 4 different times to get an appointment set. The day I was finally able to make the appointment for a subcontractor showed up one hour after their allotted window of arrival expired. The contractor stated MN irrigation was all messed up and notified him last minute of my appointment. I said forget it. I have tried calling during the summer to repair a sprinkler head and no return call. No

I met with Steve back in early May to give me an estimate, and he told me (quite expectedly) they would be booked until July, but he gave me a quote which was on par with other quotes I received, so I accepted it. It was only after accepting the offer (which was done on a simple handshake!) that I ran across a couple critical reviews here, so you can understand I was a bit nervous.
However, I called in on July 2 to see if we were still looking at a July install, and received a call back from him the next day confirming it.

We had our sprinkler system installed by MN Irrigation maybe 7-8 years ago and have it started up and blown out by them every year (except for the first two years--now it's just easier to have them do it instead!). We really love their crew, most of whom have been with the company for as long as we have worked with them. All are nice, but several are standouts and are polite, courteous and explain as much as we want to know.
