Ross established Sunco Pump & Well Drilling Inc. with his wife Terri in 1989. In order to provide the same first-class service for which the company is known, he builds some of his own equipment. Additionally, Ross holds all the drilling and pump installation licenses required by the state of Maine.

Check your warranty. We lost power to our well, the service people were fantastic they were there within two hours, it was a two-year-old install and they replaced the pump and incased the wires that were left exposed from the last installation that had failed. But I was charged $577 for parts and labor they couldn't tell me what I could do to make that not happen in the future. So if it fails again in another two years I'll have to pay again.

I had my well drilled years ago by another company. The well often goes dry.
The company that drilled my well has treated me fair over the years however this last time my well went dry they said they wouldn’t be able to deliver water for possibly a week or two and suggested I call Sunco.
I called Sunco and within 36 hrs they were able to fill my well at a cheaper rate.
Bert came out with the water and gave me a lot of valuable information and was willing to take a little extra time to make sure I was up and running properly.

My water pressure kept dropping over the last few days and then I lost all water. I called a few different well companies, no one could come out quickly. but I t was determined that it was a possible pump issue. A friend recommended I try calling Sunco, so I did and they couldn’t guarantee that they would be able to come out today. About an hour later Sharon called back and said one of their guys just finished a job 12 minutes from my house and on his way to another job. he was going to stop and at least diagnose the problem. He found the pump and pressure tank was my problem. And he decided

Noticed loss of water pressure over the weekend and called a couple local well companies to discuss investigating. At the end of the day, only Sunco understood the inconvenience and took immediate action to set up service for the next day! Other companies didn't even call back after stating they would. Then the Sunco team arrived on time, identified the issue and fixed the problem. They didn't leave until they were confident the system was operational and the site cleaned. Highly recommended and will pass along my experience with others.

Our well went dry in July the summer of 2016. I called several well companies including Goodwin Water and Affordable Well and none of them ever called me back. I called Sunco and the came the same day and started drilling. On the second day, they hit water after drilling 580' and we now have 30+ gallons a minute. They were prompt, professional and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Thanks to reading the review that named Affordable Drilling as the company the reviewer went with after being disappointed by Sunco, i would have never known they existed.
I was lead to believe by Sunco that t I would have service when they could not deliver. I Was without water.......they promised service instead of telling me upfront that they could not get to me.
Affordable came the same day I called......the technician was knowledgeable and personable. I would use them again. By the way .......they solved the issue in a timely and efficient manner! I have water!
