1st. I have always liked this place, BEFORE Today I have gotten good service and a good wash. BUT, TODAY When I got in my car I noticed that my radio had been turned on. I DID NOT have it turned on when I left my vehicle, I also noticed it was on a completely different station than I ever have it on. After I pulled away I tried to make a phone call and my phone was not paired to my car. I was a little shocked so I tried again and my phone was not paired to my car. All of my preset radio stations are completely gone and my phone will not pair to my car it is completely gone. I call and speak with

I have been taking my cars since 2018 and yesterday I noticed how the cheapest price I paid since then turned the best professional handwash my car received from that date. Took car twice each time. Car never has been to carwash. At home done.. Both back wheels. Damaged. Meaning they can't even line car up for belt to pull thru. Backwheels got on track by hitting rails forcing it. Wanna buy that book I bought for washes.?

I've been there a couple times...well the last time I was there they locked my keys in the car and try to say that there was something wrong with my locking mechanism but there wasn't ..still to this day there's nothing wrong with it....one of the guys accidentally pressed the lock button with the door closed but it wasn't latched closed and he closed it with keys still inside... I watched it as it happened and tried to tell the manager(owner) there what happened.. well he wasn't trying to hear anything I was telling him and kept saying that he wasn't going to pay

I used to like this place. Today they were terrible. I noticed other customers were complaining as well. The woman whom I talk to, basically brushed me off. Maybe it was lack of workers. I'm still on the hunt for a great car wash place.

I went in and was approached by one of their staff i asked what the 26.00 wash and wax price applied too, his employee told me it covered everything including the washing of the matts I went to pay and a women running the register told me the price and I asked why it jumped from 26 to 28 dollars and she said its because u have a pickup truck I replied that is not what the guy told me so I paid it. as they got done I never seen them take out the Matt's so I again approached one of the employees and he said it doesn't include in the 26.00 price so I asked him to clean the matts and he did and I was

I visit here every time I come back to the Region. These guys really hustle to provide the highest quality car wash I've gotten for a fantastic price. Keep up the great work and see you next time!

Disappointed cleaning interior poor. Young man vacuuming was initially rude to me. Scolded me for going into wrong lane. Left the back of my car untouched and full of dog hair. Did not vacuum down inside front seats. Console not cleaned. If thats the kind of service you get after you pay for one of those expensive coupon books....I dont intend to continue giving my business after I use all my coupons. When i told the owners aunt at desk about the youngman her response was "whatever". I did contact manager Luke who said next visit would be free.

The old lady that answers the phone is very rude.I had my car done w the ultimate wash. The next morning i had spots all over the windshield. Asked if they can look at it and she was so rude and said we did something to it. I bought a book of six, will usethose andnot go back again. Great job. Bought a new truck and didn’t want to send it through an automatic car was anymore. They hand wash and I was referred by my sister in law. Inside was wiped down and vacuumed and the wheels shined. Eddie and Doug run a great business and I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve only had my car washed but look forward to using more services in the future. They Offer a coupon book that is 5 washes get one free. They were on sale for the holiday for $100 which is closer to buy 4 get 6. Good guys running a good business. I’ll be back for sure

Took my truck in for a quick detail wash. Price seemed fair for $26 was told they would do inside and outside of vehicle. Got to the counter price jumped up $28 for taxes, okay cool whatever! Get to my vehicle. Tires still dirty, handles still dirty, finger prints still on touch screen, and floor mats still very dirty!! I Asked employee called me when finished about floor mats and he said there clean!! All they did was vacuum the damn floor mat without even removing them and just vacuumed the interior of car around floor mats in the back. Worst car wash in the whole Dyer/ St. John area. DO NOT

This Place Sucks...Can't believe they're still in Business...Just Spent $18 on a Car Wash and still had Mud on my Tires and in my Wheel Wells...Then my Car sat at the end for 10 Minutes cause they had one Guy Wiping down Cars...So I went to the Spray Wash in Schererville for $5 and did it myself...100. % better Job...Now I'm at Drive and Shine in Schererville so they can Wax it...Rather give them my Money then Hands on...Complete Idiots over there...Next

Update- went back. You know how people always say- maybe they were just having a bad day. Service could be better. K- well, sure. The guy at the counter was nice enough. Even talked me into a coupon book for more car washes (I am working in the neighborhood directly behind for the foreseeable future). Sat down, read my book- got called when they were done. I went outside, and I sh!$ you not- scratches on my hood. Like whomever dried it had rocks or hard material on their towel and they just went to town on my hood! This is a great place to have your vehicle washed and/or detailed. I have been going here for several years and very glad I found this place. They are unique in it is a hand wash method of cleaning the vehicle. No machines that rotate and leave swirls in the paint. I purchased a new high-end Suburban in 2016 that has only been cleaned at this car wash place. The paint job looks like the day it came out of the showroom new!

They do a decent job if you got 20-25 minutes to kill. Some of the workers are more thorough so you got to watch the few that skip the door jambs

Ultimate package was complete waste of money. Door jambs were filthy, shoddy vacuum job, 2 tires were not even touched, obvious streaks on outside. Had to clean it myself when I got home. Tried to call but no answer.
My dad loves this place and recommended it but I will never give them my money again.

I have gone to hands on to get my car washed many times. I moved out of the area but decided to get my car washed while visiting family. These guys did a great job. I wish the owner much success. He is always there and is very attentive. He even came over to ensure his team took care of my grey Honda Accord. Having a 3 yr old adds to an extra level of detail needed to get it right. Thank you!

I brought my car here earlier this week and told the guy when I pulled up that I was looking for a package where I could get my windows cleaned and a good vacuum. I very specifically asked him if he could get really good between the seats and he assured me they would. "Oh yeah, we will take care of all of that for you. No problem."
I proceeded into the waiting area and paid $26 for the wash, windows and vacuum. It took about 15 to 20 minutes and another guy pulled up with my car and handed me the keys. I gave him a $5 tip and drove off.
Got home and noticed that absolutely NOTHING in

We purchased a ultimate wash coupon book and have gone there several times trying to use it only to be told that they were only doing outside washes and they were closing. This is on days when it is sunny and 90 degrees out and they are supposed to be open for several more hours. It's bad business practice to turn away customers. If they keep this up they will not be in business much longer.

They just lost long time customers. Show up 6 minutes before they close with no cars in line and they turn you away. Shouldn't they take cars up until they close? Never really had a good customer service experience with the owner either, just would take my money and walk away back to his call or game on his phone.

Today I took in my fathers 2011 Honda Accord for the $24 service. Interior and exterior service. So, I get the car back and dust is balled up on the dash. They did not even clean behind the steering wheel dash and gauges. The center console was dusty and the front seats were not vacuumed.

I would not have got back but it was fringed out. This is the second time this occurred. My 2009 Honda Civic was left in the same state. I gave them a second chance for my car but that was wasted due to their poor performance with my fathers car.

It's just ok. I paid $23.00 for the full service ultimate car wash. When they pulled mine in they skipped cleaning the wheels and tires. When I asked the manager about it he rolled his eyes at me and said, "we are very busy ya know". So the kid outside basically wiped the dirt off my wheels and then proceeded to put tire dressing over the dirty tires.

I'm not at all impressed with this place. They don't care at all about doing a good job on your car, just crank through as many as you can at $23 a car seems to be the goal. Thank goodness there are other car wash places

Very very unhappy. I will never go here again! I brought my Jeep in for a full service wash for $ 23.00. Came out horrible the first time. I complained and had them do it over again. Came out horrible the second time also! It was not wiped down, the inside was not wiped down. I did not want it done again, so I drove home and redid it myself and had to completely clean the inside because they did not! This is what I paid $ 23.00 for??
I went on their website to send in a complaint and there is nowhere to send them an email.
