Your car's heating and A/C should be checked seasonally to keep your automobile comfortable in any weather condition. I would give zero stars if i could. I went to goodyear to inquire about my breaks last week, and i was told that i have over half life on my breaks and there was no need for them to be replaced. today, while driving; by breaks went completely out and i could not stop my vehicle on the way home from the grocery store. without my emergency breaks, i would not be alive today.

Took my car for a check (kept losing tire pressure). After a 5 min wait OMD guy comes in, takes initial nfo, takes the keys and goes inside without giving me any paperwork, or confirming that I was good to go. He kept cutting me off everything I asked a simple question such as how much is the check up, or how long would it take. Finally, he comes out 5 min later and asks “how may I help you?”. When I told him that he’s been rude and did not answer any of my questions and kept me waiting unnecessarily without giving me any info, he didn’t apologies and just said he’s been busy. Well, we

This place is a joke. I had an electrical issue and they put a battery in at double the price ($250). Then charged me to fix my A/C ($200). The next day it was blowing hot again. The day after that, my battery light was back on. I guess they just don't know about cars. Ended up buying an alternator ($170) and my awesome neighbor installed it two weeks ago. Car running great. He should go and teach these guys. Anyone want to buy an expensive battery?

I am sitting in a different tire shop in another state in tears right now.
I trusted this shop and went with every suggestion they had. I came in for a repair and they said I should replace my tires. So I did. They suggested which tires I needed. I went with their choice. They suggested a protection plan for road hazards. I agreed, I gave them a huge amount of money.
Now I find out they never gave me the protection plan and I'm having to replace an entire tire at full cost that should not have been anywhere near this expensive.
I trusted this shop and now I'm paying for it, literally. I cant

Arrived Saturday right at 4:00 pm (1 hour before posted close time). Explained I was from out of town, had nail in my tire, and needed to get home. Had toddler in the car. Manager turned us away because “they had already cut the air off and was sending his guys home.” I’m so thankful another shop squeezed us in and had it fixed in 20 minutes (paid him handsomely in cash). Do business with people who care about helping others in need, not these folks who couldn’t flip the compressor switch and patch a tire for out of town folks with a baby in the car.

I was traveling from Indiana to Florida with two children and our family dog. Unfortunately I came across to car trouble that left me pretty much stranded at the mercy of a mechanic. Timing was definitely in my favor that day because I ended up in the parking lot of Buckhead tire and auto repair. I was hot I was frustrated and I was in tears easily I could have been taken advantage of but thanks to this facility I was not. Although every employee was extremely helpful extremely nice and compassionate Mr. Alvin really made sure that I felt at ease. He sat me down on the concrete slab out front with
