We have been very impressed by the management group lead by Paul Willie. He has assembled a talented, bright group capable of identifying, evaluating and executing on construction projects. Their performance on the projects typically exceeds their projections and they are great operators of the properties. They are hard working individuals with high integrity.

I have visited most of Mountain States Property Management's Properties and they are all VERY nice! Jake Peterson in their corporate office does a great job of making sure the properties are clean, comfortable and well staffed. I have also met most of the property managers and leasing agents. They are all very helpful!

They are a great company to work with. They are quick to resolve any problems that we have had with our rental space. Maintenance has always been quick to help with any issues that have needed to be fixed. The office staff is wonderful, always friendly and great about getting back to me as quickly as possible.

Mt. States Property Management is wonderful to rent from. We have two offices that rent space(s) from them and we have nothing but good to say! Rachel and the office staff are friendly and quick to respond to any issue we may have. There maintenance staff is amazing.They make sure their clients are well taken care of.

My office is in an older building maintained by Mountain States Property Management. The staff at Mountain States works really hard to maintain the property. They are very quick to resolve problems and are constantly working on maintaining and improving the building. I am very impressed with them. It's an old building and they take great care of it.

These guys are so well organized and professional. I have been working with them for years as a vendor and love the relationship that we have developed. I swear, each new individual I get to work with is fantastic. It's more than likely something in the water they drink; however, there is a small chance that it's great leadership, principles, morals etc. Highly recommend this company.

Avoid any property managed by this company. When I first moved in, my supposedly furnished room had no bed in it. I called them to see if they would bring me one, but since it was Saturday, their office was closed and they told me I had to wait until Monday for them to bring me a bed. I slept on a foam pad on the floor for 3 days. The "mattresses"… in the apartments were nothing more than foam pads that I later learned they paid $30 for. If you try to pay rent online, there is a $3 fee, but their website will routinely "forget" your information and try to make you pay a $22 fee every month
