Services
On appointment, Moore Property Management will meet with the President and the Association Board and agree the responsibilities and parameters and the extent of executive authority that the Property Manager should have. Establish the procedures and requirements of the Board and the time and frequency of meetings that MPM will be required to attend.
Moore Property Management uses the QuickBooks Pro accounting system on an accrual basis, which is extremely user friendly. An individual account will be established for each Association when setting up their property managment account. Assist the Board in the preparation of the Annual Expenditure Budget and attend the Annual Membership Meeting and assist in the presentation to the membership.
Your community is a reflection of the effectiveness of its Board of Directors. Moore Property Management works with the Board to assist in providing them information which results in a successfully managed association. Knowledge is very important. Education and research is an integral part of the process in helping help your community leaders successfully navigate the challenges ahead.
