There is a one time $50.00 non-refundable pet fee for 1 dog and $30.00 non-refundable pet fee for any extra dog. No more then 2 dogs per pet friendly cabin. This charge is on each pet. These pets have been limited to dogs only, If a pet is found in any of our units that do not allow pets, you will be charged a $100.00 fee.

The cabin was fair and very large for accommodating our large group. There is nothing great outdoors at this site. There was animal (I think) feces outside right near the door. The kitchen was grand, however, there isn't any organization to the contents of the cabinets and drawers; things are just sort of everywhere and hit or miss. The appliances were nice. One of the refrigerators had a foul fish smell that was there before we arrived and it gushed out everytime the fridge was opened. The range hood looked like it has never been cleaned. The ice makers were a pleasant feature and very nice! The

Spent the weekend at the bear lake lodge. Very dissatisfied with this cabin. Do not recommend this lodge with kids, bathed my child with bottle water! Due to the smell of sewage in the water and had what looked like sewage backed up in the sink. Called the company the following morning due to this instant happened early in the morning and they did not seem to care “because it’s a cabin rental”. Also, not very clean due to we found under gourmets from the previous guest and the bathtubs we dirty too!

We have rented with this company multiple times and staying again this winter. I have no idea why there are low reviews, but these are rustic mountain cabins not a fancy hotel chain. I love that they are pet friendly, cozy, and the vide I am looking for when staying in the mountains. I have had issues with my dates this year and they were very accommodating in helping me move them. Cant wait to be there next month

Absolutely awesome experience with this cabin rental company. They are so very accommodating to any requests or needs. The way it is represented is the way it is when you get there. There are also no hidden prices like so many of the other rental agencies.
Check their monthly specials for the month you are planning to go and you will be pleasantly surprised the money you can save. They also offer coupons for many of the attractions in town.
If you want the best prices without any headache, do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Rent elsewhere!! We stayed in the “Southwestern Delight” it was far from a delight!! I paid for 3 nights and only stayed 2 of those because it was so poorly run! They claim it’s a basic fully stocked kitchen, that’s reaching! The salt and pepper shakers were empty. The dishes were dirty, they still had food on them from a previous guest! The cooking utensils and pots and pans were the same way. The oven handle was broken. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper, couldn’t even supply a full roll for a new guest! The front porch light was burnt out. I called the office to report the broken oven

We stayed in Western Charm last week for 4 nights. For $700 dollars I expected way better. The pictures on the website are very misleading. There is no view & no privacy. With a trailer next door full of debris and kids running around in the yard. The cabin was small. The sheets on the bed were dirty, with clothes under the covers from the previous renters. The bathroom towels were dirty and no bag in the linen hamper. No soap in the kitchen. The clocks & remotes didn't work. The direct TV went out. And the hot tub was only half full & slimy with no lights. The response from management were only

Photos on their website are very deceiving! We just spent 4 days in A Secluded Bearadise cabin and we were very disappointed. The cable and the internet both were out the entire length of our stay. The lines were taken out by a tree and it looked as if it had been that way for a while. A large mirror that was hanging on the wall fell & broke while we were out on the 1st night. We reported it and they said they would send someone out the next morning. The ''maintenance man" pulls up to the cabin in a Nissan Maxima. No way he was fitting the mirror in there so he just sets the broken mirror out on

My husband and I first started staying with Great Outdoor Cabinet Rentals about 3 years ago. We have not stayed with another cabin rental company since. If they don't have any available when we are wanting to come we end up staying in Knoxville. They do not charge the outrageous service or cleaning fee's that you will find with other rental companies in the Pigeon Forge area, their cabins are ALWAYS clean, updated pictures so you know exactly what you are getting (if anything the TV has been upgraded etc and you get a nice surprise), we have had minimal complaints (amongst ourselves) the sulfur

Big Elk Lodge was a disappointment. Tiny kitchen crammed full of dishes, no room for food. Ant poison baits in the floor. Ugly green carpet and outdated everything. Really needed a good cleaning. Thin covers on bed, no blankets, sheets seemed dirty, some bed pillows had no pillowslips. Some sort of rodent issue in corner of living room. Awkward, cramped parking. The road to get to the cabin would be impassable if snowing. Don't be fooled by the good reviews on their site they only put the good ones up.
Never again. Go rent somewhere else, you will be glad you did.
