This store is worth the trip to Benson. Besides the neighborhood being fun with lots to do the store has a wide variety of high quality boots for good prices. Lots of good brands to choose from and stocks a lot of sizes. However, the customer service is what really puts this place over other big box stores as the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable about the products they carry, and take care of their customers with an old time sense of pride. I recommend taking a stop by if you are in the market for some boots. You won't regret it.

I am so happy with Haney Shoe Store! I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles from the staff. We found the right shoes—in stock which is unheard of today. The prices are affordable and the quality is amazing. I asked about snow boots as I just moved from PHX and never seen snow and I was given guidance and said to comeback in when I am ready and they will help me find the right pair. Lifelong customer!! I was told last night i could not be in the store without a mask even though I have a disability. I was asked to prove I had a disability, HIPPA law violation. When I mentioned the Americans with Disabilities Act, I was told that as an American with a disability I could stand outside. I was also told that if I have a disability I should not leave my house.

Best place to shop for work boots. I worked with Andrew a couple weeks ago trying to find new boots. I must have had him grab 6 or 7 different pairs out of the stock room, he was super helpful and great to work with. The boot I wanted was not available in my size. He ordered it in for me and even had it shipped to the store on 108th which is closer to my house. Great experience. Great staff. I will never go anywhere else.

I have visited Haney's twice, and have received such excellent service and product. I have shopped for orthodic shoes at other orthodic shops in Sioux Falls, and have spent a lot on off-the-shelf that need to have heals built up, but the staff had no time to do so. Haney made time on Black Friday and not only built up the shoes I bought, but also the ones I purchased in Sioux Falls. I am SO impressed, and am loving the products. They immediately provided relief of a heal spur. They make it happen, and are my new Go-to for shoes!

These guys are great. You definitely want to go here and get some GOOD shoes!!! Had knee surgery in April and had a slight knock going on. He fitted me with a work shoe and built up the insole....knock gone and more comfortable than any tennis shoe I have ever gotten there. Definitely worth the time and money. I drive 4 hours to come to the store. Only place my family buys shoes of any kind.

Haney's has a great selection of shoes! One of their employees Andrew was especially helpful with finding shoes that worked for me, and I love how they put on the shoes for you! They definitely have a lot of knowledge on each shoe. I left with a pair of sandals feeling very satisfied with the customer service! Would highly recommended!

Disappointing customer service interaction. I went in sometime last week and everything was perfect at that visit. Got fitted and found an Ecco slip on shoe that was just what I wanted but they didn't have my size so I ordered one and they said they would call when it came in. Fast forward a week later and the shoe was in, I went to pick it up and it was too big. The width was way off and my heel slipped when I walked, an elderly gentleman came to me to help. He asked me how much space there was at the end of the shoe. He made no attempt to check the fitting so I bent over and said a little

Went in to this store looking for work boots, and I was REALLY impressed with the level of expertise the salesman had on the products. It was like stepping back in time when customer service used to mean something! I was also thinking it was going to be just a hole in the wall shop without a lot of selection, and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the store and the selection of shoes.

I love a small, proper shoe store that carries excellent brands designed for comfort, rather than "cute" overpriced footwear guaranteed to leave you with bunions and corns and fall apart after one season. Girls--find a man who would rather see your beautiful feet without disfiguring you.
