Today I went into the shop and the two gentlemen behind the counter were very helpful. I went in to have my finger inserts changed. And I was impressed with the customer service and the variety of those balls and bags they had to offer. And they also gave me a business card for three free games at Maple Lanes here in Omaha. I am one satisfied customer. And will return for their service.

My wife is an avid bowler and shops at Bowlers Choice often. Rich, Doug and Anthony always take great care of Mary. I go to the shop once a year in December to purchase gift certificates for my wife for our anniversary, Christmas and her birthday; all which occur within 5 days of one another. Rich and Doug are always great!

10 out of 10!!!! I will be a FOREVER costumer!!! Went in not knowing what I wanted and left feeling very confident in everything I purchased!!! They took the time to go ABOVE AND BEYOND in costumer services! They did not rush, answered any and all my crazy girl questions and they also have super cute dogs that greet you at the door :) !
