I have known doctor Susan Shelton for 20 plus years and then a patient for over 15.
I was so sad to see that someone would leave such a negative comment and review.
I have never encountered anything less than the utmost professionalism. I am so glad that she had relocated to this new location as she has done all the decorating and painting herself and this Office was done in a retro theme. The is nothing hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom.
I am also sad that the person couldn't leave a review of the treatment and advice that this very knowledgeable lady has and passes on to her patients

I have used Dr. Shelton for Acupuncture on numerous occasions . The first time I met her I was very impressed by her genuine concern for my health and all the effort she took to really understand my individual situation. This was only surpassed by her level of expertise in the field of acupuncture . The results I experienced were absolutely wonderful considering I could hardly walk into her clinic . More recently I had another very serious bought with my back while in the mid west during the summer. She was very quickly able to help me return to my normal activities after two weeks of acupuncture

The whole staff of 2 people are very friendly but the place is old! Chairs are ripped and everything is yellow of how old everything is. The office is filled with boxes and papers everywhere. NO organization anywere. The worst place is the smell!!! Smells like cigarettes! Person doing the Procedure have her nails yellowish from where she smokes alot.. the whole places looks like a Scene from a horror movie to the old doll in the bathroom to the old beat up beds. Scary....

I've been a patient of Dr. Shelton's for over ten years, and can't say enough good things about her skill, knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to her patients. Nothing else has helped my chronic condition (and I've tried many things!), but these treatments have kept me going and kept me from having to undergo some rather experimental surgery that has no guaranteed outcome. Dr. Shelton is the real thing; if you want to try acupuncture, you owe it to yourself to go to someone who is experienced and capable who really cares about your good health.
