Grading around your home is important. Water gathering near your foundation can find its way inside causing more damage than wanted and add to the elements needed for mold to form. New stone facing is a nice upgrade to the plain block wall. However if not installed right it can be a big waste of money.

Chris was excellent to work with. He's professional, experienced, thorough, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. He conducted the inspection as if it were his own home. He took the time to answer all of our questions and point out features of our new home that we may not have thought to consider. We hired him to do a new-build home inspection, which I recommend to others because it gave us great peace of mind when dealing with the builder before handing over the final payment. The inspection report was available to us before he even left the property. On a final note, Chris was very accommodating

My inspection was thorough and informative. From my septic evaluation with Jason Jamison (Homeland Healthy Homes) to my full home inspection with Chris Case, I couldn't have asked for more patient and caring individuals. They both took time to answer all of my questions regarding not only the findings from the inspection but also to help educate me on the ongoing upkeep or service needs of my house. This was huge because I had no idea how the septic or HVAC works! Pricing was competitive. The full written report was very detailed and received same dayI will recommend them to anyone needing this
