The only reason I am giving this place even two stars is because the people in there are at least nice. But they told me it would cost $30 just for a diagnostics test and then $229 to fix without even knowing what was wrong with it. I rented an Xbox through them in the meantime because I play a lot and I wanted a system to play on in the meantime while I wait for them to fix my console. Fast forward two weeks and they call and tell me they can't fix my console so I ended up picking it up and taking it to UBreakiFix. Thank god I have a console to play on while I wait.

I took my iPhone there to get the screen repaired. I called the store from the SAME phone with no issues prior to any "repairs".
They replaced my screen with a screen that was lower quality than an apple screen, this was both visually and physically. The screen has a gleam and haziness that apples does not and the touch sensitivity is lower. But I figured this was the price I paid for taking my phone somewhere other than apple.
So $93 later I get home, go to bed and go to work in the morning.
No phone calls were made during this time.

Charged us to replace the batteries in two phones. Was told that they do not use Apple brand, but the brand they do use is just as good. Sounded pretty normal for a third party repair place. Called a couple of weeks later to explain that we did not have improved battery and they health meter for the battery on the phone still showed the decreased health. I was told this is normal and it will take a while for the phone to recognize the new battery.

I went to 3 different stores to see if someone could put on a glass screen protector that I bought off online. 2 of the stores said no bc they do not have a replacement if they break it but this one said yes and did for me in 20 mins( the person who puts them on was on a break) got a massage and came back and it was done. no charge to do it either which was nice. :) they have a lot of cool stuff in there store and I love all the arcade games they have

I had my screen fixed on my note 8 yesterday. They used a used screen that had two chips in my phone. They never disclosed this and i noticed it when I cleaned my screen off (it was given to me with finger prints all over it). I took it back in and expressed my concern over the chips. The guy that repaired it is really awesome, and nice, but he cant really do much bc hes just an employee. He apologized and put a screen protector on the phone. But it has fallen off the next day. My phone keeps rebooting to the hard boot screen now. Never go here!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and i pad repair I have ever experienced. After 4 TRIPS (5 HOURS OF DRIVING BACK AND FORTH) AND 8 DAYS AND 2 TRYS for an ipad screen that was supposed to take an hour, I went in to try to explain my situation to the "owner". Then 30 seconds into our conversation he INTERRUPTED me, SHRUGGED said an insincere sorry and walked away. Then accused me of trying to get something for free because he gave me $10 off Military discount for a $200 screen replacement upon first attempt pickup. Brought my HP Pavilion to find out why battery was not charging. I paid $30 up front for diagnostic. I explained the issued I was having to the clerk, but he gave me a paper and asked me to fill out. I was told I'd get a call either by close of business that day, Saturday June 9 or if not, by closing on June 10.

At one point in time I was a patron at Gamers warehouse and a supporter of this business. As of today I am not.
The reason why is the way they treat the privacy of their customers.
A few months back I sold my PlayStation 4 to them and regretfully forgot to wipe the console before handing it over to them thinking that since this is a fairly reputable business they would wipe it before reselling it. I was wrong. Not only did they not wipe it but they left my account logged in letting the next owner have all my private info such as my name, address, and most importantly my credit card information

Recently I had my iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced and shortly after 3 months my screen stopped working. I took the phone to Apple and they said that it was due to bad/cheap product and installation by the guys that replaced the screen. So I drove from the Apple store back to the Tucson Mall to have them work on their bad installation and they said it was past warranty and it would cost another $186 to get a new screen. Well, less than a week after replacing the screen on my iPhone6, my phone fell out of my pocket and the screen broke again! Mind you, I have a Tech21 case, and a screen protector, so I was a bit dismayed this happened - it shouldn't have.

This place is AWESOME! it's a little hidden gem at the Tucson mall and it is worth the drive to the mall if you aren't near by! Everything from new and used phones, to old school video games and the best part about this place is the phone repairs!
Zero bs and the prices are fair and the service is great, professional and the environment is relaxed but teens aren't running the place!

I am here visiting from California and my daughter dropped her ipad mini. So I found gamers warehouse on yelp and since I was close to the mall I decided to try them out and keep my daughter from crying. I spoke with sina the owner and he assured me it would look brand new. I was extremely satisfied with his customer service and his prompt and professional work. My ipad looks brand new. I've shopped here a few times, and every time I go in I am always greeted warmly. The shop owner and fellow employees are very knowledgeable and are great at what they do. They will work with you on pricing and are willing to do fair trades. It's great having an alternative to big box shops for my gaming needs, and the fact they do electronics repair/trouble shooting is just an added bonus.
This shop also has tons of odds and ends when it comes to gaming/electronics, so go inside and spend some time going through their inventory. They even have some sweet skins/custom consoles
