DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! Worst experience ever! Went in for a screen replacement so we could trade in my phone for an upgrade. This guy is in the wrong profession. After 4 trips to his shop, 45 minutes each way, 2 front screens and 2 back screens later...he broke my phone so bad I couldn't even trade it in for a new one. We had to spend the 800.00 out of pocket on a brand new phone that would have been free. My old phone worked perfectly other than it had a small crack on the corner. This is definitely the place to go if you want your phone fixed in a pinch, done right, and for a cheap price. After finding out Apple would take days to fix the cracked screen on my iPhone and that the price would be about $200, I called iFiXitRight and got it repaired in 20 minutes. In addition, they gave me a free screen protector with a lifetime warranty under a current discount. I don't think you'll get this type of service anywhere else in Tucson.

These guys are amazing!!! Super friendly, helpful and truly the best customer service. They really go the extra mile to help their customers. I was visiting from out of town and needed help with my iPhone. They scheduled me a same-day appointment and they were so helpful. I wish I had them in Anchorage!!

I had a cracked iPad screen and called around to about five different places to get a quote. Not only was iFIXitRight hands down the cheapest, it had the BEST customer service. Customer service means a lot to me, and the whole time I dealt with them they were amazing. They fixed it so quickly! I will only be going here from now on!
