Excellent customer service by knowledgeable staff at the Wilmot location. Had a battery replacement on iPad performed the same afternoon I brought it in. Would have taken much longer at Apple store or by sending into Apple. Previously I have used the Irvington store for a Motorola phone repair and was just as impressed with the staff there.

Everytime I come in here they diagnose it and do the minor fixes for free. These guys have saved me from buying a new device now THREE times. I make sure to leave a tip, but besides that I haven't spent any money here because these guys showed me that my problem was easily fixable. They're definitely honest and super fast and help me on the spot. Can't thank them enough!!

Had called a month before and was quoted a price for a screen repair— when I finally got around to getting it fixed, they told me the price was 10.00 more than what I was quoted. No big deal— when I advised the employee of what I was quoted she gladly met the price and also stated she would replace the battery for a way cheaper price then I expected. Phone is like brand new and I was more than pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend!

I went in because my phone had stopped being able to charge. Turns out the USB-C port had accumulated a huge amount of lint. All my questions were answered. No more charging problems! Easy, quick, professional and best of all free since there was no need for a repair. I would definity return.

I absolutely have to agree with others who noted how nice it was to be waited on by the personnel here. They took time to listen and I was so grateful for that. I'm not very tech savvy but here I wasn't made to feel out-of-date. They were able to diagnose my problem with my locked phone with no problem.
I can't say enough of what a positive experience this was for me.

I recently went on vacation and had some water damage to my iPhone 11 to the extent in which I though I needed a new phone. The screen started going black in one corner and then the rest of the screen followed. I could still use Siri and take calls in the car so that gave me enough hope to have my husband call and find out if they could even try to fix my phone. They gave him some prices and I sent him in. I expected him to have to leave the phone overnight but they got right to it and fixed it the same day. Super great people, super fast service, cheaper than we expected and saved us from having
