This post is long overdue. Back in November I took my A4 to Novitech to fix a check engine light throwing a handful of codes. My local independent euro shops all tried their hands at assessing and fixing the problems/codes present, yet were unable to successfully get to the bottom of them while replacing many expensive parts. Best shop in miami! Punctual, transparent and professional work. Highly recommend for anyone thinking of calling to book an appointment! Took my 2017 Audi S3 for my dash lights to be diagnosed and ended up being an abs sensor. Ivan was keeping me updated and was able to get the part in 30 minutes. Also he fixed my rubbing in the rear with an alignment and had my oil changed. Also installed APR coils and NGL spark plugs he had in stock. Super competitive prices, you wont regret it. Ivan and Dave which are brothers are amazing to work with! They always kept their word and always on time! Highly recommend and always very knowledgeable about what they do. Known Ivan for a while & he runs his business very professionally for such a small shop. He always keeps to his "turn around times" & he is very knowledgeable with the mechanics of any car I bring him. Ultimately, I bring my car to him whenever I can't do the job myself simply because I trust him enough to know he does the job well.
Despite COVID, he still schedules everyone as if nothing happens & his prices for services I've done previously stayed the same.

When to do an oil change, new tire, brakes, alignment. was all done in a professional time line. also they inspect my car for wear and tear parts very good price for the work truthful and professionals no lies or adds on to the work. I brought my car in for what later turned out to be a rod knock. Was charged $304 for a compression test, leak down test and oil change. They discovered I had more leakage in cylinder 2 than any other cylinder. The day after I towed my car to a friend's dad who's a retired mechanic to save on time and money. The new mechanic received the car and started dissembling the car same day. A few hours later I was sent the attached photo. One doesn't need to know much about cars to know that this is not new oil, it was never changed and I was charged for something that wasn't done.

Just had my 2019 STI brought into Novitec for a few suspension upgrades and oil change. I highly recommend this shop for any auto mechanic or car modifying needs! Both Ivan and David are extremely professional and answered all of my questions. They left my car both looking and handling amazing. These guys are great, I've taken my Fahrenheit GTI to these guys numerous times. Over the course of 3-4 years and they've never disappointed me.
The cost of labor is eco friendly; while other shops were charging me $600 they were charging hundreds of dollars below their price, for the same work ! Definitely recommend, very great experiences

Unlike some of the posting I've read I had a terrible service experience with Novitech Tuning. My son's VW Jetta was taken for a complete brake service (new rotors and brake pad including brake fluid flush); I specifically told Ivan that I was tired of the typical Miami service shops who are essentially " Bolt & Nut Tightener". I had VW's since my childhood and I serviced brake jobs all by myself but at this stage of my life I'm not up to jacking cars and getting dirty. I called these guys for an estimate on a radiator after mine went bad. They quoted me 550, i got it done with a family friend for 250.00. Fine, i thought id give them a second chance so i took my car over for an oil change shortly after. We had extensive conversation so when i brought it back i told him how much it cost me ...after they completed the oil change...he said "your radiator is dangling by a thread, better take it back to whoever did it before you have to call a tow truck". They also said my rear brake pads needed to be replaced.
