In the News: TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A Maricopa County jury found the state of Arizona to be mostly at fault for a roadway negligence case in which two women from Tucson died. Her vehicle crossed into the median and into a tractor-trailer at Milepost 171. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. I hired this law firm to handle a accident case here in Milwaukee. The law firm dragged their feet on handling the case, didn't respond to us in a timely manner. A simple case took three years to try and settle. In the end Aiken & Scoptur told us the most they could get for our case was 30K, when I wouldn't accept that offer Aiken & Scoptur walked off the case saying I had a bad image for court and they didn't want to represent me. I took my case and called the insurance company myself and thirty days later settled for FOUR TIMES the amount that

It was very obvious that Paul did not handle my case the same way he would have handled a more profitable case for himself. He was never in the office, only communicated with me through very short and sporadic emails, and when he finally pushed me off onto his paralegal, she lost all of my documents and I had to resend her everything. I hired a lawyer to make this whole process less stressful and they by far created a more stressful experience for me.
