Very nice people. Tire pressure sensor was on, they checked everything out, aired up the tires, reassured me that everything is ok and sent me on my way!
Will definitely return there if necessary!!

Millie is sooo personable, knowledgeable and accommodating your every need! Ken is very precise, and his pride in his profession is evident in whatever is needed with excellence! I have have used them for a very long time and will continue!!!! I have moved out of Gates and there are many garages near me but don't mine driving the distance. You need to ensure w/confidence you are receiving the BEST and YOU WILL w/BASSET'S!

Learn how to work with customers---dont keep a car a month if you cant do the work PLEASE BEWARE----per the owner--he only works on your car if you have a "blank check" for him. Dont expect to get your car done in a timely fashion or at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steve and his crew do great work. They're honest and will explain everything you need to you. Have had them do various work on several cars and trucks. Would highly recommend them.
