Owner is honest, knowledgeable and a true professional. As I am older and not computer savvy, he explained the repair in a simple and understandable way. I have been to other repair stores and due to my lack of knowledge felt I was treated as an underling and my questions were disregarded as if they were unimportant and ridiculous. Kudos and thank you Eric for making this a great experience!

They did what best buy couldn't. My father and I went to best buy to get my laptop checked out because I spilt water on it and broke my keyboard. Best Buy said it would be 80$ to send it somewhere and find out what was wrong with it. Then probably another 140$ to even fix what was wrong. We looked up places nearby and found The Computer Nerdz. The guy was super nice and helpful. He told me he could order the parts right there and then fix it whenever they came in. One of the best experiences I have ever had. I recommend them completely they were amazing. Thank you so much it means a lot to me.

Originally brought my CPU in for BSoD. They said I needed a part. Bought it, not the right part. Said I needed a different part. Bought it, bring computer home, power button works intermittently. Eventually power button breaks. Bring it in, explain it was okay to route power through reset button. Do that, bring it home, doesn’t work. All told they’ve had my machine for all but about a week since early October, still doesn’t work, and I’m out around $700.
I really wanted this to work but I’m just not sure the knowledge level is there.

We needed someone who was familiar with a program that hasn't been used for over 20 years because we needed the information in it to put in a readable format. After calling around with no luck I tried Computer Nerdz and Michael there was able too do what we needed and then some! This was even after the Tech support for the program said it wasn't possible to covert the data into a readable format, but he did! 5 out of 5 all day. I know where we're going if we have any computer problems in the future.

This place is the absolute worst. Let me start off by the front desk. They were not only rude to me when talking, but to other customers too. When I brought in my PS4 they said they would call in the next couple of days, they didn't. So I had to call them and they said they were still working on it and that they would call me the next day. Well they didn't call again. So the following day, I went in just to pick it up because it's been a week now since they had it and I just wanted it back, but the guy brought the PS4 to his house to work on it. Ridiculous.
