Pro Repair

Hi folks - I had taken in my laptop to get it repaired and replace a part, but this location seems to have closed. I am trying to get my laptop back but the phone number is out of service and it seems like their email box won't accept any more emails, since they keep get bounced back to me. Does anyone know how I can get a hold of the folks at Pro Repair so I could get my laptop and accessories back?

I’ve been to this place a few times. Mostly cracked screens and odds and ends issues. Today, I can in with an odd one - my kids busted the charger inside of the port. I’d goofed around with it for a bit but was hesitant to further damage the iPad. Showed up to pro repair with the boys so they could hear for themselves that it might not be repairable. Sure enough Blend was there and was confident that he could fix the issue. In and out with a fixed iPad in a jif! In a world that is always critical of poor Customer service, I thought these guys needed a shout out.

I had Pro Repair replace the screen on my iPhone and made it clear that I was planning on trading the phone in. At my request, they used a cheaper screen. When I went to replace the phone, it was not accepted because the water sticker had been removed and not replaced. At that time, I tried going to the store and found that it was 'closed for repairs'. I have also tried calling numerous times, with no answer and the answering machine says the mailbox is full. No way to run a business.
After the store reopened, I did bring the phone back to have the water

Great service. A++++ recommended. Had an ipad shatter was able to get the screen replaced same day at a reasonable price. Also had another ipad with a battery issue. They replaced the battery and are super honest!

Our business relies on handling large amounts of priceless customer data and when the worst happens and a computer drive fails, these are the guys I trust for my electronic needs. They are speedy and reasonably priced. There is a place closer to my business that offers the same services but I will take the extra time to visit Pro Repair.

I rarely write reviews but I must do so here because my Nintendo Switch has been held hostage for 1 month and I still have no idea what's the status of the repair. I purchased an Ebay switch repair in June 2020. Communication was prompt prior to purchase but after purchase, communication became terrible. Fine, as long as I got my Switch, everything would be fine. Fast forward, a few weeks later I received my Switch with a defective repair. There was some dust or glue caught underneath the new digitizer. I emailed back requesting Pro Repair to honor their lifetime warranty and fix it. At this time

I literally just walked away even more impressed by this company. I’ve gotten numerous screens replaced by them and their recommendations were always honest. This time my phone stopped charging unless I held the cord to it. Turns out I had a ton of lint and debris jammed up inside of the port. They immediately started to clean it out and didn’t charge me! They have always been worth the money and I would of paid for their knowledge. This company has integrity and an honest culture. Even with my AppleCare I’ll be going to them first. Simply worth it. 10 stars if I could!

My charger broke and a small piece got stuck into my charging port on my iPhone X. I went to T-Mobile and they told me to go to Pro Repair. The technician at Pro Repair removed it in less than a minute. I offered to pay for it and they would not take my money. Very honest people, I am your customer for life. Thank you!

I forgot the password on my laptop and Steve was able to reset it and save all of my data. Before I found out about Pro Repair I went to a couple of different local repair shops and they were useless.

Amazing experience! I will be recommending all my friends to go here. Glen was so helpful from beginning to end. From great customer service over the phone and getting me a quote to awesome repair work. Glen replaced the back glass of my Google pixel 3 and made it so simple and no hassle for me, took no time at all. Prices are fair and affordable. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
