Top Flight Bounce House

We rented the Mickey Mouse bounce house for my sons 2nd birthday and had a blast. The bounce house was affordable and easy!
I was able to reserve the bounce house easily, then they set it up early and took it down in a timely manner. No action needed on my part for the party and it was great.

In short, they showed up an hour and 45 minutes late and missed over half the party. When I asked for a partial refund (half), they never responded to my calls or emails.

Yes jimmy Hanson gave us awesome service. He even played with the kids at the party. Very much appreciate it.

We rented a bounce house and the joust/bungee combo for a church event and could not be happier with Top Flight Bounce House. I booked over the phone and the woman I spoke with was super helpful and friendly.… The men who delivered and set up (Julio and Joshua) were very nice and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. The units were clean and in great condition, we will definitely use this company again in the future!

We won't be giving them our business again. We used them last year and they were so friendly and happy to do business and even waived the delivery fee since we were 26 miles away when their cap was 25 miles because it "wasn't a big deal." A few days before our event, we were told that the unit we selected had broke and that they could replace it with a different unit. It was something less desirable, but we were happy at least they had something available. Luckily, it was still something my kids enjoyed. They allowed us to even keep it overnight because it wasn't reserved the next day.

We’ve used Top Flight many times for our daughters birthday party. We love their wet/dry slides, they’re always such a hit and the kids have so much fun. The two gentlemen that delivered and picked up the slide were extremely kind and helpful and they were really flexible with drop off and pick up times!

Great service!! Josh was the guy who delivered ours and was outstanding! It went up easy and he knew exactly the best for it to go so the water would drain the best!

Great place to rent a bounce house. They're service is great & friendly. The owners are absolutely wonderdul & the experience was excellent from start to finish. The kids loved the time they had with their big, fun bouncy castle and constantly ask when they'll be able to get another. 10/10 I recommend Top Flight for your bounce house/party needs. Great experience with top flight! I booked the princess castle about a month out from our party and paid the deposit. The week of the party the weather was iffy. They called me to confirm the day before the… party and were super friendly and understanding about the weather and told me I just needed to notify them before they were actually on the way to my house for delivery if I wanted to cancel. The day of the delivery driver called before he was heading to my house to confirm that I did still want it. He got to our house set it up quickly and everyone at the party had a great time! I would

I had never rented anything like this because I assumed it would be a headache dealing with the company but today I found out I was COMPLETELY wrong!!! It was quick and painless and the party had a blast!!! I DEFINITELY recommend!!!

So affordable! We rented a bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday. They were so great with the changes we had to make last minute and were right on time for drop off/pick up. Set up and tear down was quick, and the gentleman were very nice. Definitely worth every penny. Such a great company!

Bait and switch - I made a reservation, and they did not have the product I requested. Instead of working to correct the issue, Top Flight acted like it was normal for a company not to have the product for which you paid money. A lot of these reviews mention great customer service, but this was not my experience. They will not return phone calls and have not refunded my money.
The issue was eventually resolved by a different person. She was much more friendly - maybe this was the person everyone else was dealing with?

This place is the bomb! They offer affordable pricing, on time delivery, and great selection! There was an issue with the set up I got on a bounce house a few weeks ago, and they fixed it within the hour. Highly recommend using this place for all your party needs!

Coolest bounce houses in the area. The obstacle course and water slide was a big hit at my last party. Extremely recommended for any event you might have. Their customer service is unmatched, so are their prices!
