I have been with State Farm for 43 years and as an Agent for 26 years in Hatboro. I started out in our main office in the accounting department, then spent 15 years handling auto claims in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties. I was selected in 1996 as the agent for Hatboro. This is by far the top job in the company in that we get to interact with everyone on a personal basis every day.
I'm am very proud to have been selected as a member for the Board of Directors for Hatboro Federal Savings. I have been actively involved in our area as a small business owner and understand the economic pressures we all feel these days. Rosemary and Sue in my office also have extensive insurance and State Farm experience.

I had a car accident while visiting my brother in Pennsylvania. I am a State From client, but since I live in another state, Bob is not my agent. He is my brother's agent. Even though he is not my agent, he walked me through the various things I should be aware of in a professional, through and friendly fashion, spending about an hour with me. I am extremely thankful for his advice and concern and it certainly raises my already high estimation of State Farm in general

Bob and his staff always go above and beyond. When I emailed Bob late at night about the flood in our basement following Ida, , I asked him to get back to me when he got into the office the next day. Instead he emailed me back at 2:30 am and followed up with a phone call at 7:30 am. And he checked in throughout the entire claim process. It's great to feel like an agent has your back in difficult times.

Hurricane Ida came through our development in Maple Glen and trees fell into our yard damaging structures and water flooded our basement. Our agent Bob was there first thing next morning and had already called tree folks to remove fallen trees. They processed our claim and payment within two weeks. Very satisfied with the whole process. Highly recommend.
