Love the staff my son visits with them frequently they are always kind . We are usually in and out quickly. They have a great covid set up. The staff in this iffice work hard to make sure the visit is as pleasant as possible. They also follow up when needed to see how my son is doing. Definitely would recommend this office

Extremely accommodating and considerate. My daughter had. A high fever, cough, and sore throat. I was concerned about COVID and couldn't find a rapid test anywhere the same day. All the clinics are overfilled again. We were in the process of switching to SV but hadn't had the well visit we scheduled yet. sV was able to get us in within an hour of my call to them. I explained I had another appointment close to the time of our appointment. They made sure to get us in and out in time. We saw Jennifer the NP. She was caring and very easy to talk to. Very glad we are switching to that practice.

We called today for covid test for my grandaughter. She needed a report so she could seen by her orthodontist in 3 days.SV pediatrics gave us an appointment the same day.The results were given to us within 30 minutes after being tested.I can't say enough great things about the care, concern and professionalism of all the doctors, nursing and staff.I would highly recommend them to anyone that would ask.Our past experiences with them has always been excellent. Thank you so much to all staff.We are very grateful.

We have used Dr Narian for 12 years, since our daughter was born. Even Joanna has been very good and attentive to our daughters health needs. They have called us personally at home to follow up which you dont find often
BUT
Since your change to 'Allied Health' service has crashed. This week we had a follow up for our daughter, and after waiting 45 minutes past our appointment time , and watching 3 people who came in after us go in we were told " They are doing physicals and are running late, there are w people ahead of you". We had to walk out without being seen.

After reading the many reviews and responses, I have surmised that perhaps the time allotted is insufficient to accommodate the thorough and personal care that the office continues to reply about. I no doubt believe that there is quality care being provided, as my daughter enjoys her visits when attended to by Dr. Narain. My wife has also had some concerns about office management and wait times. Perhaps there needs to be a more comprehensive audit on time and then scheduling accordingly. This would I'm sure improve both the opinions of patients and the level of service provided by office staff

I made the mistake of bringing my newborn son here & they made us pay a ridiculous amount of cash for him to be seen until his insurance kicked in, this include multiple weekly weight checks. We paid before every single visit only to receive a 100$ bill a year later. The billing department manager is nasty and has zero compassion which many people have said is the reason they no longer go there. We paid hundreds of dollars and not even an offer to lessen the bill of wave it. I would never recommend bringing your baby or child here. The nurses are very sweet & so are most of the doctor but not worth
