I,m only giving 1 Star to write this review I was seen on 12/28/21 for a COVID swab.. I was told it was 150.00 thinking it was free or my Insurance would cover it,However I paid the 150.00 and a Month later received a bill for 380.00 this place is a Fraud..I already contacted the B.B.B if anybody has been a Victim of this disgraceful place PLEASE submit a complaint to the BBB as I just did

No happy with the medical attention from this medical office. In my experience, no good patient treatment. I visited this office last year because I got a skin rash. The prescription I got from them wasn’t working and therefore it was getting worse. So I decided to go back for a second check up. This time I got a different prescription (ointment) plus the pills dose was increased. Something I didn’t like right away is that I couldn’t see the same Doctor who treated me the first time. That made me feel uncomfortable. Anyway, this Doctor assured me that this time it would work and he told me

Visiting health centers in these times can be challenging, with long waits and sometimes frustrating non-communication between reception and patient. I was however impressed by the courtesy extended and efficient processing of my walk-in. Having searched for a COVID booster shot elsewhere and informed that appointments were available but ranged from late December to February of next year. First Choice's ability provide me with prompt service was highly appreciated and impressive. Thank you to all and congratulations on your high level of service.

I would give this office zero stars if possible. I am a dental hygienist and our field is also beyond short staffed; if you cannot handle a stressful job do not have one. I understand the office is busy with Covid tests but there was no excuse for how rude every single staff member was. The medical assistants were nasty. Then the curly, grey haired doctor was nasty as well. I was a private patient paying out of pocket for a Covid test. I needed written down the verbal instructions I was given to quarantine whether negative or not because my at home test was positive and I was still having symptoms

After I had a great experience on Monday we decided to come back on 12/24 for my husband. We called the night before and was told they were open from 8-12 and Covid testing between 8-10. Came early, waited outside in the cold and no one showed up. Signs in front confirmed they would be open, small sign in back said closed. Dozens of sick people waiting outside in 29 degree weather. Horrible. I wanted to switch my primary care over but after today we will not be back. I am sympathetic to the burnout happening in the medical field, but that was horrible.
