We were traveling through Alabama and my pickup broke down right off the 310 Cullom exit. The tow truck driver recommended Guthrie. We were nervous not knowing anyone but were pleasantly surprised. We received text updates and a phone call to explain what needed to be done. They exceeded our expectation completing the job quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend their auto shop. God Bless.

Excellent service! The team at Guthrie's did a thorough inspection of our new/used minivan after it started making various intermittent sounds from a long cross country drive. They were able to pinpoint several issues that were small but would have left us stranded on our next big trip. Quick, very reasonable and communicative through the repairs. We did our next long trip without any issues or noises. We know where we will be taking all of our cars for service, thank you!

Our car started experiencing some pretty severe issues on our drive home to Tennessee from Florida. We genuinely could not have chosen a better exit to pull over at! We pulled Guthrie's Auto up on our Maps and decided to take our car over there. Despite how busy they were, they were very understanding that we were from out of town and immediately got to work on our vehicle and offered recommendations on places to eat around since we had to wait several hours! Absolutely awesome service!

A Great Place/Great People... Our truck broke down & Triple A couldn’t have found a better place to take it to! They took us to our hotel & picked us back up....The owner went above & beyond to get our truck fixed so we could be back on the road this morning! Truck is running great again! A couple years ago my car was really in a bad way, and took it to the dealership. They were going to charge me $1500 for my repair. I despaired and reached out to friends and family for recommendations. A good friend recommended Guthrie's, said they always did good work. So I called them up. For the same repair they were going to have to charge close to $900. It was better but still hurt. Took my car up and waited. Got a call from Mike and he said that he wanted to check over the car before I spent all that money. He discovered what the dealership didn't, that something was just unplugged. Only

Had car towed to Guthrie's for repair on coolant system. Had been told by two regular customers that they do really good work. The office attendant (Mike, I think was his name), was straight-forward, respectful, patient, gave me a phone quote, had the work done timely, with the final bill ending up being a little less than the original quote, even after adding the tow bill & taxes. It was a very welcomed change from the experience I'd had at another local shop I'd been referred to (but later warned about from several other past customers) where I repeatedly had to endure rudeness from the know
