Repairs done incorrectly and incomplete from March of this year. Just found out the rim I thought was bent initially and you told me was not is actually bent and messed up the alignment you supposedly did! Do Not Bring Your Vehicle here.
UPDATE spoke to Nathan, and he did apologize for the mistake. He also offered to reimburse me for the rim repairs ( not the realignment).

I hate working on cars, with a passion. These guys like it for some reason. A little touched in the head if you ask me, but who's not these days, right? Their passion for excellence shows through in every way, from the way they treat their customers, to the level of cleanliness, not only in the office, but the shop, the parking lot, the mechanics, are all tidy and professional looking. They do the work I ask them to do, with no surprise fixes or add ons that I didn't. They will recommend services, and even give you a maintenance schedule, with your bill, so you can keep your vehicle properly maintained

This is the place that tried to tell me my engine was about to go and the mechanic offered to buy my vehicle on the spot. I drove away for a second opinion. I then ended up driving that same vehicle for 4 more years afterwards without a single issue. There wasn't anything wrong with the engine. The guy just wanted me to believe my vehicle was on the ropes so he could swoop in and get himself a nice truck for next to nothing. Hopefully he doesn't work there anymore.

I have taken 4 of my vehicles to Graves over the past 6 months. Every time I have went to their business I have been extremely pleased with the service they provide. My car broke down on the way back from a trip, and I had to leave it where it broke down to make it back home. Graves coordinated getting my car towed and repaired— all while I was 4 hours away! They were very professional, answered all my questions, communicated all the necessary information very clearly, and were just all around great to work with (despite the circumstances). Highly recommend! If they were in my town, I’d go to them any time I had car trouble.

In 2001 I had a ford ranger and coming home from work in biringham it stared to make a noise so I took it to graves to get it fixed and he said that I needed I need a new one and he could get me a rebuilt one for one thousand dollars and it would be 600.00 to change it out so I told him to go ahead and fix it two days later I pick it up and it still made the

Took my car in to get a new alternator. Cost about $1,000.
They wanted to charge me for another belt because it had oil on it, and it would cost me another $300 to take the belt off that they already took off to change the alternator. I just told them to wipe the oil off and put the original back on. It lasted until I traded the car off 8 months alter. They will try to take you if they think they can get by with it. They will also charge more for just the brand name of your car. Will NEVER use them again!!!
