Words cannot express how happy I am about my blonde highlights and cut. Sarah is a GENIOUS with color and is the first hairdresser to really listen to what I wanted. Most hairdressers don't foil to the root, leaving 1/4 to 1/2 inch of growth when you walk out of the salon. This has been my past experience. Sarah foiled to the root and three weeks later it still looks fresh and brand new. She is easy going, great to chat with and really knows her craft. Could not be more pleased. The salon is extremely cleaned and they take great care to follow Covid guidelines. Happy to say I found

Jess gives the BEST combo massage. I live in NYC and come home to get massages from her. The cost is perfect for her service and she is honestly SO GOOD at her job. I always look forward to coming to Jess and relaxing when I'm home. She chats with you a little in the beginning to be friendly but then doesn't talk the whole time during a massage like I've had in the past (she knows you want to relax hah) I'd recommend her to anyone.

Phillip DePalma Salon has a very fresh, modern, and clean setting as you walk in. They also offer tea/water for you to enjoy when getting your hair done. One of the newer stylists, Mckensie, cut my hair on a Tuesday and did a honey/sandy balayage for me on the Friday of that same week. Both times, I have left the shop wicked happy and satisfied with my new cut/color. Mckensie was so sweet and communicated well with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was also assisted by Sandra, who guided her well and very goofy and sweet. Thank you so much Mckensie and Sandra!

When I first moved to Bellingham I went to Yelp for reviews. Found great reviews for Taryn under her former place of employment and this salon. I have been going to Taryn now for almost two years and, even though I have moved out of the area 25 miles away, I will continue to trust her with my hair. She listens to what you want, does exactly that, talks if you want but not too much and is just a great person. After dabbling in a few other salons in the Franklin area, I've finally found one that I love. Rachel cuts and highlights my hair and has been doing so for a couple of years now. She is excellent at what she does, and she is super-sweet. Everyone at Phillip DePalma makes me feel welcome and at home. Great place!

I've been coming here for about 4 years, though I moved away a year ago and I miss it terribly. I have yet to find anywhere that compares.
All I have to say is go see Mary Anne! She is the sweetest person in the world, and no one else has ever made my hair look so good. She takes the time to discuss what you want and what would work best for your hair. After she's done she'll have you take a look and work on anything you're not satisfied with. I've never left the salon with a cut I didn't love. It can be particularly tricky to find someone who is good with short female
