Just got my new roof and gutter installed. One day for old roof removal, one day for new shingle/flashing, one day for the gutter, and one day for city final inspection. I have to say the contractor did a great job, quick, clean. Project manager Paul is a very nice guy, help you covered up the garage, and guarantee the worker clean up the debris/nails every single day. Roofing contractor Alfonso repaired all the rotten woods/holes before they put the new shingle on the roof. The shingle is Land Mark Morie black, great color that make my roof shining and elegant. Contractor painted the Chimney bottom
