I've been having repairs done there for years now. Luis is great. But sadly times are changing. Inflation is catching up to mom & pop artisan businesses like these. It hardly pays to resole western boots anymore when they have to pay their workers $15.00 per hour plus the cost of materials and rent which raises the cost to $55 - 65.00 for such repairs, especially when I paid $70 for the boots (some years ago, of course) and could still easily replace them for about the same price (or maybe less today). It wasn't but a few years ago I paid $30 - $35 for the same repairs. I recently bought a beautiful

My review isn't for shoe repair, but for luggage repair. The airline broke the telescoping handle in two pieces of luggage. I was quoted price of $35 per bag for the repair. Well worth it since the luggage is good quality and I don't want to invest in new luggage. I'm happy with the repair. Both handles work perfectly now.

I have a bag that I absolutely love. The bag was stained and I was nervous that it couldn’t be removed. I stopped in today. Not only was the owner so helpful, he assisted me with cleaning the bag. I purchased the cleaner to take home. I felt like he wasn’t trying tj take advantage of me and he really wanted to help. The bag was restored to my surprise.

I’m so pleased with the service and results. I was afraid that my bag would be ruined. The owner helped me to problem solve how to save my favorite bag. I was able to purchase the cleaner. I felt he was honest and not trying to just take my money. The location exceeded my expectations. Before and after pics of my purse

I have a twenty year old luggage with seat made for polio patients I went to Best shoe repair on rainbow the guy just glanced at it and said I don't have replacement part so can't fix it, so I went to Magic Shoe and nice man examined it and put oil on it after showing me the rusted parts that only needed oil and it's working great so I guess Best is the worst but Magic is best and magic ,love it, thank you so much

Disappointed that a neighborhood shoe repair is both expensive and impersonal. I took two pairs of Cole Hahn dress shoes in for heel repair. When he quoted me $30 per pair, I thought it was a bit steep but I wanted to support a neighborhood small business. I picked up my shoes and they did a nice job replacing the heels but they still looked just like when I dropped them off. No polish, no shine, no buff. I wasn't expecting a full military high shine, but just a quick wipe off with a polish cloth would have been nice, considering the price of heel replacement They do charge an extra $10

The gentlemen that works there does phenomenal work! I've been here twice for a repair that 5 other places claimed they couldn't fix and/or wanted to charge crazy amount for. This guy shop did it for dirty cheap but his quality was far better than expected!! He made it look brand new! I'd rate this place a 10/10! Would definitely recommend!

Since moving to Vegas, I haven't had the need for a cobbler. I tried Magic Shoe Repair several times. First was to shorten a very expensive designer leather belt. He did it right then and there and charged $15. Next, I had a pair of Italian shoes that were still in decent condition but the upper had stretched out so my heel would slip out. He put in a piece of cushion at the heel to take up the slack (he made sure they fit OK, and subsequently covered this with a matching leather. I think this cost about $50. Kind of high, I thought, but maybe getting the leather to "fit" is a bit

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Magic Shoe Repair. I was charged $65 to have my boots "cleaned up." For example, they repainted and did minor repairs to the heel and toe areas. I have to say I was pleased with the results. However, while wearing my boots for just the second time, one of my heels broke off. Upon returning to the store I was told I would have to pay $35 to have the boot heel repaired. I found this to be unacceptable. In my opinion, they should repair the heel that they had just recently repaired at no charge. Clearly there is a correlation between them

They ruined my Manolo pumps. My shoes were in perfect shape when I brought them in. They just needed new heel tips. To my horror, they were covered with stains that looked like glue when I picked them up. I insisted for him to clean it up and when he couldn't completely get the stains out, he told me that they were already like that when I dropped them off. He tried to fix it and sanded the leather but it only ruined the color and left a lot of scratches. These were my favorite pumps. This guy was absolutely very rude and very unprofessional not taking any responsibility for what they did

This isn't for the rampart branch but MAGIC SHOE REPAIR at 5000 W. Charleston Blvd #C. these guys need to pack up and leave Las Vegas for wasting people's money. Claiming they repair but they don't. I went to have a portion of my TORY BURCH bag handles sewn about an inch to close up and strenghten the seam. They charged me $10.00. I said reasonable. When i came back OMG they handsewn it like it was a hole in a sock and the stitches were on all directions. When I asked why was it done that way, take note what this ALEX guy replied. That's what your $10.00 can do?!?! whatda!!

I brought my work shoes here to be repaired. I am a cocktail waitress, so I need high shoes with grip on the bottom. New grip was added, the original insole was repaired with leather, a metal piece was put in one shoe where it was broken.
Went to pick up my shoes, the left shoe was still broken. Dropped them off Thursday, he told me they would be fixed before Saturday. Woke up from a nap and he still hasn't called so now I have no shoes to wear to work. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

I've never gotten a pair of shoes repaired, I typically just live with broken heel tips, and eventually get new shoes. But because I love a pair of shoes so much, I decided to get take them to a shoe repair shop. My husband mentioned that this guy does "sign flipping" for a new shoe repair place by our house, so I figured that I'd give them a try. Nice and convenient, and eager for new business.
I go to the shop and drop off my favorite pumps which were in need of new heel tips, and see what they could do about the "slip" of a new pair of python flats that I got
