All work is done under the watchful eye of Jerry Guederian, who studied and graduated from the Arsutora Institute of Shoe Design in Milan, Italy. Jerry moved to Los Angeles in the early 1970's where he launched Shoe Lab. Jerry understood that great shoe design equaled longevity which also requires excellent shoe repair and refurbishing knowledge.

We called Mark at the Furniture Lab about an Adrian Pearsall Floating Sofa that had been damaged. The frame had badly cracked and this was NOT going to be an easy job. I got a very reasonable estimate (not the most or least expensive) but they were the most responsive and detailed. They picked up the sofa and it was back within the week. They picked up and delivered at the setup times and communication was great. But the best part is, the sofa came back looking better than new. I WILL be using the Furniture/Shoe Lab again and am grateful for the job they did!

I work in the resale industry & this was my first experience & they were highly recommended. Not only was the woman I spoke with rude, but the quote for a very small work order was ridiculously expensive. I introduced myself and the well known company I work for who is also a customer of theirs - but probably not moving forward - and she couldn't have been more cold and unwelcoming. No thanks - I'll take my business elsewhere & let my company & clients know this isn't the place they're touted to be.

My pink Balenciaga designer bag was looking really, really worn and rough around the edges, its gorgeous shade faded from years of use and abuse. I called the Balenciaga shop to see if they could recondition my bag, and they told me that they would send it out to Shoe Lab. Being a smart consumer, I took note of this information and looked up Shoe Lab myself. I'm glad I did, because I ended up paying less than HALF of what Balenciaga quoted me for the same job at the same place! And all I had to do was cut out the middle man.

If you ladies love your purses and find damage. I treasure my Purse and ripped the zipper. When I went into the store and though I wish I had one, they were working on Chanel bag. This is an example of the fine delicate work they excel in. I urgently recommend you bringing those fabulous bags to them. Mine looks brand new. The workmanship is excellent beyond words! I was referred to Shoe Lab by my former SA at Neiman Marcus. This company takes in almost anything (shoes, handbags, luggage, etc..) and can do miracles in restoring items to look brand new. Luxury boutiques like Chanel send their customers' handbags here for "spa treatments" and repair fixings. This is the only place in Vegas that I trust when it comes to quality. As far as quality goes these guys do incredibly well. I am serious I got my boots looking back new last time I was here. The soles were incredible and they were really quick. Sadly, prices went up and I couldn't justify the cost. But that's just my situation. The customer service is great, Claude really is a huge help. I know they are pricey, but trust me you will not be disappointed in the work they do.

Great place I have had many of my Louboutins repaired here and and just now went in to add two extra holes in my Gucci belt. Claude was so nice and did my belt right then and there and my belt looks perfect!!! He didn’t even charge me which couldn’t have been nicer of him. Great friendly service and great amazing work! I brought a pair of shoes. I needed them cleaned and they charged $150, I paid and they said they'd be ready in 2 weeks. 2 months later, still hasn't heard from them so I called. They said they didn't know anything about my shoes and "hopefully" if I call some warehouse where they keep shoes they "might"know. Never heard from them again.

I walked in for a boot repair, two gentleman behind the counter with one tending to a customer. After 5 minutes or so without even being acknowledged, a third customer comes in and is immediately greeted and taken care of while I'm still standing behind the original customer with boots in hand.

I really wish I had a before picture, but just imagine one of the hardware pieces broken at where the opening is... literally a portion of the metal gone, rendering the strap useless. For reference, it's a Givenchy Micro Nightingale, which is discontinued and the brand doesn't sell extra straps.
Anyway, I had that broken piece, and the bag had been previously repaired at a different store (out of state and clearly not as well).... I had been looking around town for some place that could just solder the pieces together, I didn't think places could remake the handle bc it's so

They charged me $100 to “clean and condition” the leather and it came back Looking EXACTLY the same as before. Still dirt all over the strap and absolutely no cleaner. When I expressed my displeasure she said “sorry no guarantees- he still did the work”. What work? This was NOT a $100 service. I will be brining my designer goods elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. Overpriced and underwhelming.
