There are few professions that foster long-term positive relationships between the provider and patient. It is very rewarding to see not only an improvement of my patients' smiles but of their self-image as well. Like many other professions, orthodontics continues to evolve and incorporate new technology.
I really enjoy talking to our patients. I like seeing them leave our office with a smile; whether they've just got their braces off or had a great time talking to us. At the front desk, I check patients in and out of their appointments. I also answer the phones and help patients take care of their finances.

We've had a great experience with Dr. Frank. The office is always busy but the team moves like a well-oiled machine to get you in and out. The service has also been incredible thus far. The office staff is friendly and greets their patients by name as you walk through the door. We've had one "emergency" where a tooth was shifting and they saw us on the same day we it in. This is a great practice!

Our daughter's experiences with Dr. Frank and his wonderful staff have been nothing but positive. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and the dental associates are all diligent, caring, gentle, and so careful with their work. Dr. Frank is a joy! He has such a wonderful manner with young people, inspiring trust, confidence, and cooperation -- all so essential to having a good orthodontic experience!

Military patrons beware. We were told that if we transferred to another duty station that they would refund the money we paid up front for treatment that was not completed by the time we left.
Fast forward a year later, suddenly they have changed their story. Office cannot provide a breakdown of expenses; and seems insulted we would ask for them.
Too many good orthodontists in the area to risk it on this one.

Great orthodontist and great staff. I returned to Dr. Frank for a broken lingual retainer (from another orthodontist in another state) and he and his staff immediately put me at ease, took care of the problem and got me a brand new retainer in no time! I have been to Dr. Frank before and he is so friendly and engaging, you hardly know you are at a doctor's office! He tells great stories and makes you feel like family. His staff have been with him for a very long time, which is a sign of a great place to work. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Frank.
