Appraiser showed up on time. Was professional. Didn’t ask any questions related to improvements made on the home. I.e new roof, new kitchen since purchased two years ago. Also, would have left without realizing the home has a private pier if I didn’t ask if he wanted to see it. A few minutes of looking at pictures on Zillow would have prepared you to be somewhat intelligent about the property before you arrived.
