I closed my last two home purchases with John Giorgi Office. John, Jessica and their team are experieneced, knowledgeable and responsive. When I purchased my first home, they walked me through the process. When I had questions, they responded quickly. They helped me to negotiate good terms. Obviously having never through the process myself, my realtor suggested this lawyer, I could not have found a better person with John and his company because I found out shortly after that not only was he a skilled attorney but he also builds houses and has his degree in finance which made my understanding of the process so much better and so much more than I expected. We have closed our property with John Giorgi office few years ago and it was a great experience, professionally managed by John, Jessica and the team. As our family growth and our home getting smaller John provide great options considering current market. Designing an addition at first was fun but we rapidly found some zoning constraint and delays.
