Let me start by saying I’ve never needed an attorney before but I got some heavy traffic violations and was honestly terrified. But Mark gave me a remarkable first experience. After our first conversation I felt an immediate sense of relief .He was very honest with me and got back to me in a timely manner. I’m telling you, Mark Chesser is the best in the land! I had an issue where a hotel charged me a fee without my authorization and refused to refund the money. I asked Mark to call and speak to them and after Mark spoke to the hotel, they refunded the $150 they charged me without my consent! It really helped my family and I to receive that money back. After calling and speaking to several attorneys specializing in DUI based on reviews. Speaking with Mark felt different, it was evident he was the one we needed to represent my husband. Mark did a great job of getting my 3 traffic tickets dismissed in municipal court. Received summons for careless driving, leaving scene of an accident and failure to report the accident due to an accident. My car was hit from another driver backing out of their driveway. Insurance documents were exchanged and both drivers left the scene. Later got the 3 summons in the mail saying that I was at fault. Mark was able to help me thru the court process and got my summons dismissed.

Let me first thank Mark for his excellent work for getting me out of a job related theft case.
