I registered my seven year old son and ten yr old daughter for this camp for a week long session in July. Their website states
"We will explore 5 Playgrounds in 5 Boroughs, Parks, Transportation, Bridges and Architecture, NYC, Sporting events (Yankees, Mets, WNBA NY Liberty, Museums, Music and Dance, and more! Our program also includes swimming once a week at the YMCA with our Aquatics Director. soccer and field sports with our sport specialists are also a part of our daily fun." This statement is incredibly misleading. Aside from a walk on the Highline one day and a trip to the Museum

The facilities are spotlessly clean. Housed in Richard Meier's Westbeth housing complex on Bank Street, the camp is surrounded by artists and galleries and cool architecture. Their weeks are full of fun activities and great field trips. This week the kids took a ride on The Beast, the big high speed powerboat that cruises up and down the Hudson. Next week they are going to a Yankee game. They go swimming all the time, they
