The East Harlem Council for Human Services, Inc. I went there to pick up my child's perception and the women behind the desk ran to me asking me to put on hand sanitizer pretty aggressively I complyed she then sits behind the desk and has her mask under her nose I feel if your going to go hard about hand sanitizer you should have your mask on properly

Not a place to go for Healthcare.
These doctors don't give a hoot about you personally.
They are plenty happy to bil your insurance... but they absolutely do not offer advice or adequate care.
From reception to the attending doctor...an absolute failure as a local clinic.
Do not waste your time coming here.
Dr zonino and the rest of the staff do not care.
But they bill my insurance for supposed applied services.

I've moved to Harlem when they first opened. I decided to make appointments there after applying for Medicaid there. Best health decision I've ever made for 5 years. The staff are nice, fast, and knows me by name. I use their dental service mostly but they offer more services. I used their dermatologist which helped heal my athletes foot issue that was difficult to rid. They have really great doctors and dentist there. I highly recommend if you live in upper Manhattan Harlem area make this clinic your go to. They will help you get Medicaid and proper care.

The dentist there, Dr.Rojas, she’s very unprofessional and rude. Makes very unprofessional remarks at you and is a bit nosy. Also she doesn’t sit there and do all the work you need done on you teeth in one visit! Example: you will have 4 fillings, she will fill two, make a silly excuse as to why you need to come back for the other two, and the send you on you way. No reason for that other than to make bag for extra visits. I don’t recommend coming here at all, doe any of their services accept maybe their specialty services, but even that isn’t worth it with how far away the appointments

I have been to this dental office 5 times and they have yet to take care of the tooth i had originally come in with massive pain, they do not call to confirm appointments the day before, communication if any is terrible to patients and amongst each-other. Professionalism does not exist in this dental office whatsoever! They greet each other like they are on the corner yelling klk. They like to blame the insurance company for they’re mishap of letting an inexperienced assistant take X-rays that were blurry and instead of double checking the work she had done they sent blurry photos to the insurance

This review is long overdue, for my experience with this Awesome Hidden Gem of a Clinic. From the Door to the Doc and everyone in between this place Rocks and could/should be called Harlem's Best Medical. The care, professionalism, and efficiency they render are impeccable, to say the least. Shout out to Mr 'G' (Giovanni) who is the best lab tech I have ever encountered. I count it a Blessing to have lucked upon a Real winner to entrust my Healthcare to.

I am constantly calling them to make an appointment for my grandmother to be seen and they never assign her another appointment after initial appointment. Then they are always shifting the blame between the pharmacy about medications my grandmother should be having the doctor does not seem to want to be the there and the nurses are always joking around playing its very clean but service sucks...
