I will never use anyone else but them for all my future garage door needs!! Our house was originally bought as a brand new model home (not even a year old) and the company that the builder hired to install the door did a very poor job. Was having a major issue with the cable on the door causing it to not close and become completely crooked. We called door masters and they had someone out right away to fix it for us!! The guy who came to repair it was knowledgeable, and very friendly! Thank you door masters for making a stressful situation way less stressful and for your top notch customer service

Door Masters technicians have provided my house with maintenance for over ten years. A co-worker referred me to them when he was leaving for vacation on a major holiday and couldn't get anyone to come out to fix his door. Tech from Door Masters got there right away. They added little things I never thought of such as a handle inside the door and changed roller that I didn't even notice was causing the rattle. The techs were all extremely polite, came on time or a little early. I very much recommend contacting them for routine maintenance, problems and new doors.

We had a broken spring in our two door garage. I called Door Masters and they provided me with a good quote and same-day service. The repairman called to give me time to get home, took less than the given time to replace both springs, and I was able to get back to work within an hour and a half. Now the door works better than ever before!
