I had to get an implant so I asked my dentist about a surgeon that my friend had recently seen and mentioned how much she liked. Turns out my dentist sends a lot of his patients to this office, and getting booked was easy. First off I want to take the time to thank Dr. Broumand and both his clinical and front desk staff for amazing service. They all go above and beyond in helping patients. My fear of dentist started at a very young age leaving me as an apprehensive adult. I heard about Dr. Broumand through several Facebook groups I belong to and he answered many of the questions I had. I use to have perfect teeth.. then suddenly within a year my dental health took a turn for the worst. I felt hopeless embarrassed lost all my confidence.. I didnt know what to do. Dr. Broumand has great bedside manners and a clean, modern office. Highlights of my experience:
1) Wrong tooth was listed for operation on surgery day. Patient discovered error and corrected with secretary. Dr. B did not verify identify of patient nor confirm what the operation was for prior to surgery.
2) Dr. B did not follow-up with patient in person or over the phone post-op. He also failed to return patient calls concerning persisting symptoms.
3) Dr. B did not accomplish what he agreed to do, lied about the agreement, dismissed evidence on post-op scan, and then altered medical notes afterward

It took me months to find an oral surgeon for an abscessed tooth that I have been dealing with since March. Nobody wants to have oral surgery in the middle of a pandemic and I have gotten mixed experiences and knowing that this is my only option was an extraction I diligently did my research and took my time finding the right person for the job.
Dr B cleaned out my sinus cavity extracted the tooth did prF platelets put me under anesthesia and stitched up the area. When I had concerns I drove the 37 mi back to the office and he had no problem reassuring me that everything was healing fine. He answered

I went to Dr. Broumand for an extraction of a wisdom tooth. I was a little nervous as I’d never been sedated before, my previous extractions were only with local numbing and they were intense.
Everyone in the office was so warm and kind that it put me at ease. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and answered every question with such confidence and reassurance that I felt I couldn’t be in better hands. Before I knew it, I was awake again with the smiling assistants taking care of me, one less tooth in my mouth.
They went over all my post-op care with my partner before wheeling

I had over the top care at Dr. Broumands office!!
Saw a previous dentist earlier that day at another office to get wisdom out...it went bad and fractured!
I was sent to Dr B (the best) his staff took sweet care of me and he even got my surgery into his busy schedule the same day. My wisdom teeth out out safely because of this office I can’t thank you enough!! Moral of the story always see a oral surgeon and Dr B was top notch and fast!!!

I don't think I will have enough room for my recommendation but will try to express my gratitude and highly wonderful experience. I had my wisdom teeth extracted in November and everything was top notch. The staff was excellent and professional. Dr Broumand is great at communicating to his patients as well and making you feel comfortable. After the treatment I had very little pain or swelling. I would highly recommend them a million times over!!! Love you Dr. B you rock

Huge dental phobia and needed 4 wisdom and 1 tooth pulled. Dr B made it so easy, hes quick and to the point and does amazing work. I was expecting the worst and it's been 2 months to the day and I can say Its been the best decision I've made it wasnt that bad at all..The girls at the front are super friendly and I have already recommend this office to friends, family and co workers. Now let's hope insurance can give me the Same type of service. 5 STARS!!
