Quickly responded to our call on Labor Day weekend, arranging service call for day after Holiday. Robert gave us clear options to help us make an informed decision on whether or not to fix our old refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and efficient in repairing our appliance.
The day after service, I called and spoke with Mario regarding the ice feature (we are new to home and refrigerator). He was patient and informative in answering all my questions; coaching me through how to get ice maker to function.
The cost of a service call and repair part was substantially less then a new refrigerator,

My appliance guy was great! Our dryer had broken down which was a huge emergency for our busy household. Mario was very understanding of our schedule and they were very flexible with helping us find a time for them to come over. They worked really efficiently and our dryer was up and running in no time! I would absolutely use this service again!
