Dr. Steven Franks is a skilled, board-certified dermatologist who has been proudly serving the Greater Central Massachusetts area for over 40 years. Dr. Shiu-Chung Au is a seasoned dermatologist who specializes in medical and cosmetic skin care for patients of all ages in Central Massachusetts. Dr. Steven P. Smith is a highly experienced surgeon specializing in Mohs and dermatologic surgeries at Clearview Dermatology.

These hacks took down my insurance information from me, made an appointment for me, went through the screening over the phone with me, then I went into the HOSPITAL where 1000 other people, including people with the virus are to answer more questions.
The lady THEN decided to claim they don't take my insurance WITHOUT even checking OR looking at my secondary insurance.
