Neil is our lead economic guru, his financial wizardry is focused on the numbers so we can keep our attention on the client, rather than those pesky complicated calculations. As both VP of Finance & GM Neil is indeed IMPACT's primary guiding light. Julie has her eye on the entire client experience from hello to high fives!

So many great companies start from humble beginnings, an idea, an innovation or desire to do one thing amazing, IMPACT did just that. After years of evolving to become the premiere lighting service company, which so many of our partners have grown to know and trust, we realized that we had the ability to be more, that we were so much more!
Yet, there is so much more to IMPACT lighting - so much so, we upped our name game our name to Event Solutions, to tell our whole story. What we won't forget is that our foundational roots are in lighting and it will always be our core innate mastery of the precise art of lighting and we take immense pride in what we do.
The first documented history of sound recording was way back in 1857. Much has changed since then and progress has been exponential, driven by invention, innovation, and commercial introduction of new technologies - the transition from then until now can roughly be divided into four main periods, with the most recent, which we live in now, the Digital era (1975-present).
They say "A picture is worth a thousand words" which might sum it up for those with limits but not us. Life is a story that we feel should be lived every day and at IMPACT Event Solutions we take that very seriously. Actually there are 5 great senses; sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch, we have mastered 2 - we leave smell, taste, and touch to our industry partners.

Impact has helped us for a number of years for our corporate events. They are very professional, always on time, flexible and accommodating. Wolfgang is our person for each of our seminars, we have four annually and will have eight this year and likely twelve next year. He is really great in being prepared, easy to work with, just overall wonderful. We like them so much we sign our contracts for the year versus by event.

Impact Lighting delivered an extremely poor AV set up. Lighting set up was fine. For AV, they did not set up equipment on time, had issues with their AV switcher, did not have audio properly set up, and did not bring AV connection equipment to support a high resolution display.

I wish I had gone with another provider for a better quality production. Fine if you're just doing lighting and don't mind lighting trees vs suspended lights. For better quality go elsewhere.

I started an event production business the first of 2017 and Impact has played a vital role in the success I enjoyed my first year out. Matt Allard has freely shared his insight and experience, which has allowed me to offer professional, resourceful service to my customers. I can state I would not have been able to achieve the success I had in 2017 without Matt's insight and Impact Lighting backing me up. The warehouse staff has always been helpful and courteous as well.

We used Impact Lighting for our wedding at City Hall in San Francisco and they made the evening magical. Our package included pin spots for the tables and uplighting for the columns which all turned out perfect, even with a few last minute changes. I worked with Corinne and she was very helpful and responsive (since I didn't have a planner and didn't know what I really wanted at first). Her experience and professionalism made everything a piece of cake and I would highly recommend her and IMPACT lighting.

Impact Lighting completed a major corporate event for me last week and transformed an ultra modern space into a Gatsby-style speakeasy with their incredible lights. But it was really the team that made this such a smooth process. Our account rep, Maxx, came out the same day as my inquiry to do a walkthrough and was able to work within our budget but provided lighting installations above and beyond my expectations. The load-in/out crew led by Landon arrived early, set-up without disrupting customers (it was a public venue prior to the event) and disappeared post-set-up without a peep. They are fast

Working with Impact was a breeeeeze. Jesse was super professional, helpful and responsive to all my inquiries (and believe me I had a lot!!!). He even met with us at the venue to do a walk through!

I really appreciated how candid Jesse was when I asked for advice on lighting in my venue (Oceano Hotel and Spa). Since the ballroom didn't have tracks to place pinspotting on the ceiling, he let me know of the alternatives. The alternative was to have 12ft posts draped in white to pinspot the centerpieces. The posts were not an eyesore at all and the lighting was gorgeous.

They are a great company to work with. As a wedding planner I used them for a wedding that took place on Saturday in Fremont (Outside). The Sales person I worked with Corinne O'Sullivan was great and very helpful. The person they sent out to install the lighting on Friday and was there during the whole event on Saturday, Alex was AWESOME! He truly knew what he was doing and the lighting was beautiful. As a wedding planner I have worked with many companies but I have to say this company really stands out with me as one of the best. I know I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

After doing some research & getting quotes from different lighting companies, I chose Impact Lighting because of their relatively reasonable price and availability on my wedding date.

I was so disappointed in the results of the lighting. The personalized gobo was fine. The uplighting on the pillars and lobby walls were mediocre at best. The light was visible only at the top 9 inches of the pillar and was so dim. The uplighting in the lobby was only noticable to me because I was searching for it.

Initially, I had thought maybe it was because of the layout of the restaurant. However, I attended

My first impression of this company or Jesse (he was my point of contact) was awesome. They had great prices and were initially responsive to my phonecalls. For example, when Jesse was going to be late for our first meeting, he called and told me he would be late. I thought the pricing for the uplights were very reasonable but the delivery/pick-up charge was too much, $150 for 40 miles, and that's not including set up.

Two weeks before the wedding I was trying to confirm the delivery for the uplights, and I was promised that Jesse would call me back later that day, but he didn't. I called

I recently got married last week and chose IMPACT Lighting for my reception hall. Let me tell you, a simple hall with ugly walls suddenly transformed into a BEAUTIFUL hall with amazing lighting designs!!!

I was so impressed by Jesse and the IMPACT Lighting team. Jesse was so nice, professional, prompt, and always quickly responded to my 5 million e-mails (yes, I have to admit... I was a bit of a bridezilla!) Jesse & his team came a day before the wedding to set up all the equipment and tested out the lights until everything was perfect.

We just had our reception last evening.

The lighting was AMAZING. Jesse and his team went above and beyond in their work. True professionals all the way from the beginning to the execution.

Everything went off without a hitch.

We had another lighting company insist we needed mulitple generators and staffing to accomplish less than what Impact provided. Impact delivered twice the lighting at half the cost of other quotes we received. Everyone including our photographer, caterer, band and venue manager were blown away by the ambience that Impact Lighting created.

WOW! We were so glad we decided to do lighting for our wedding. What a difference it made! It really set the mood and ambience in our reception room and highlighted all the beautiful centerpieces.

5 stars and more to Jesse and the Impact Lighting team. Jesse was so easy to work with. He is very professional and he really took the time to listen to all her needs and concerns. He even came in on a Saturday (his dayoff) to help set up a room for us to look at all the different lighting colors, styles and patterns so we could decide what we liked best.
