It was the first Center of its type in Kentucky. Dr. Sloane and other community activists saw a need for medical care in the severely underserved West End of Louisville, KY, and this vision became a reality with Dr. Sloane as the center's first CEO.

Worst place ever! I had an appointment at 2:45 the doctor didn’t see me until 4:30 I was unable to get my tests done because they close at 5. Wasted hours of my time to get nothing done. If I worked there I wouldn’t let anyone know, it’s awful and some doctors don’t even know what some things mean. My doctor literally told me “hold on let me look it up” like what? Awful!

This place is absolutely awful. And it’s not even just the service — majority is the pathetic, insensitive, worthless staff. I don’t know who’s over this place, but the entire business is better off being shut down. I cannot stress how terrible it is. If you don’t like your job, QUIT. If you can’t treat your patients (and other staff members) with some type of respect, QUIT. At the end of the day, people’s health and safety should be top priority, but unfortunately whoever the director of this place is is a complete failure, and should be embarrassed. It’s a bad look. If I could

Review for DENTAL:
LOOOOVE Dr. Nicholson. She is FANTASTIC and such an amazing dentist. She cares (at least to me). The lady at the front is disrespectful and nonchalant.
The OVERBOOK dentist appointments and as of late, there are only TWO dentist. They don't tell you that when you make the appointment. I shouldn't have an appointment at 9, arrive at 845 and am not seen until 12 something. It's ridiculous.
One time, I stayed WELLLLLL over an hour and no one checked in with me. The dentist never showed up. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Communication lacks significantly at this location. If they

Ive never really had a good experience with dentist. They always seemed so rushed & like they hated their job. My dental provider Christina Giles was ***aaaammmaaaaazing! ***
She took every effort to make sure I was completely comfortable for my procedure. She talked to me thru the entire process, letting me know every step she was taking. She was quick, courteous, & super professional. I wish I could give her more stars cause she's worth every one of them! Definitely earned a repeat patient! & I will highly recommend her to others.

So here at park Duvall the security gaurds have access to patient paperwork and information. How is this possible? Why is this allowed? And I said something and I took my paper work from him and he saod he can. And the nurse at door did nothing and said nothing. I said health privacy laws they were not concerened. Beware of this security guards should not have access to no forms paperwork.

So, I decided to come back here to be serviced, and unfortunately, I'm not shocked at what I experienced. After being seen by the doctor, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication, which was one simple item. It took 30 minutes to retrieve that item, after I continuously went and asked what was going on and how much longer it would be. I guess being kind and polite doesn't get you anywhere in here because once I went back up in a different manner, I was finally able to get my medication. The pharmacist that was supposed to verify my medication, came from behind the pharmacy and took her sweet
