Services
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the American College of Physicians (ACP) recommend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) as the first line treatment for chronic insomnia. CBT-I is a very effective, short-term, and scientifically proven treatment. CBT-I does not involve long-term treatment and is commonly completed in 6 treatment visits.
Telehealth is a form of video conferencing or online video treatment that allows clients to be seen without having to physically come to the office. Through telehealth Dr. Wetzler and his associates can now see clients from the comfort of their home or office. Telehealth is available for anybody calling in from the states of Indiana or Kentucky.

Dr. Wetzler's methods are straight forward and easy to understand. After decades of being on call and on sleep medication nothing was working for me. With the help of Sleep Health Center, I changed how I slept. 3 months later I am completely off meds. One thing to note - many health insurances while happy to pay for your sleep medicine don't fully cover this kind of treatment. Other than out of pocket costs, I am completely satisfied with the services they rendered.

This practice is fantastic! Dr. Wetzler is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He helped me get off of the sleep meds that I had been on for years. He also helped me to design an exercise plan to help with my fibromyalgia. Catherine did a wonderful job with teaching me strategies to use for stress reduction. The office manager Marcia is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic if you have sleep or chronic health issues!
