The 30,000 mile service check includes an inspection of your tires and alignment. When a Bob's Service Center ASE Certified Technician is inspecting your tires, they are looking for several things. The first is the wear on the tires; uneven wear can be an indication of misalignment or a brake problem.
The most common age for a used car is in the 60,000 mile range. If you have recently purchased a used vehicle, unless there is actual documentation that it received a 60,000 mile service, you will want to make an appointment at Bob's Service Center. The 60,000 mile service is the second of three major service and maintenance points in a cars life.
The third major service milestone in the care for your car is the 90,000 mile service. At Bob's Service Center, we understand the importance of this service mark and take the time to make sure your 90,000 mile service is performed according to your vehicles manufacturer checklist.
Not all vehicles will need the same type of 90,000 mile service, much will depend on the care your care received during its lifetime up to this point, and much depends on the type of driving it has been put through.We will check and replace the most major parts that can show wear or failure indication at the 90,000 mile service mark including the timing belt, shocks and struts as well as perform a check on all other systems.

It isn’t too often these days that you find a local auto repair place that impresses you with their professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. So imagine my surprise when I experienced all three at Bob’s Service Center. I took my vehicle in for a smoke test to find a possible vacuum leak somewhere under the hood. Grant was lovely to work with, however, we had our van’s AC serviced two weeks ago and it is back to blowing hot air. When we called them, Mike told us that Grant no longer worked there and they won’t touch my van, and hung up. So much for loyalty to a returning customer. I am spreading the word on how terrible their customer service has become.

The battery light came on in our 2006 Honda Odyssey. They were able to diagnose the electrical issue and determined that the alternator had gone bad. They quickly replaced it and got us back on the road. We really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and they saved us some money compared to quotes with other companies. I definitely recommend Bob's service center, and will definitely bring my cars in there from now on.

I like how you say "if" the job was inefficient, you literally made me pay 400 for a temporary solution. I would in no way have payed that money if I thought your work was something that would break down in a couple months and thanks for the offer, but I'll take my car to someone who can fix one of the simplest problems a car can have.

I was recommended to Bob's from a friend, and ,, I cannot tell you how accommodating they are, service was excellent, I was able to sit and get some work done in Bobs Chevron next door, with A/C and tables,,,they were also very nice, but Grant and Aaron you are certainly a team! You two are amazing, thank you so much, I had a oil change, and was very satisfied. I was told my brakes are going, which they are and I will be back to get those done. Thank you so much. Look forward in many years to come.

Scheduled an appointment for two days out. Arrived 5 minutes early. 30 minutes later my car was still out front. 1 hour later all they did was move it to the alley around back to make it look like progress was being made. This business can't keep an appointment, and I'm willing to bet they would have charged me labor for the hour it sat in the parking lot.

I've had my car serviced / repaired at Bob's Service Center three times now. They've always done a great job and been fair. The most recent experience was just this last week, my car steering was acting weird and was having a hard time turning. I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon, and by the next day, they had it fixed. Apparently the power steering pump had come loose. Grant was my mechanic and he did an excellent job. Super nice and provided an awesome experience. Would recommend to all my friends. And R&R Heating where I work, get's all our vans & trucks serviced

Using Bob's Service Center's website, I requested an appointment for a cooling system flush. This is one of the services offered on the website. I further noted in my request that my vehicle needed a full cooling system flush and possibly additional cooling system diagnostics - another service offered on the website. When Bob's confirmed my appointment (2 days later), there were no concerns indicated. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me they were not equipped to flush a cooling system. They could only drain the radiator and refill it. Totally unacceptable!
