Being a heart transplant recipient, I can speak with authority when it comes to the medical profession. Dr. Gerayli and his staff are so courteous and professional. The staff and Dr. G. are wonderful. They are all so caring and give you the utmost attention while in the office and follow up with phone calls to check your progress.

What a horrible experience. The staff at this clinic are the worst, they are so rude and condescending. My wife's tramadol prescription ran out a week ago and the pharmacy has send multiple refill request but there has been no response from their office. When she called all they would tell her was that it's on the doctor's fax, nothing much that they can do to help and that she would need to schedule an appointment. There wasn't any offer to even go and tell the doctor that he has an urgent fax, or to put her through to her doctor, all the lady would say was well there's nothing that she could

All they care about is making money, instead of helping their patients in dire need of help to find a real solution. If you need any disability applications needed from your pain management doctor, then I'm telling you now NOT to go here. Their fee is $500 for any disability application paper. As a patient myself, the doctor told me to my face that he will NOT do any paperwork. Because it "takes too much time". To me personally, that is extremely
