My son had several shirts, a couple suits, and ties that needed to be cleaned. He asked for one day service and was told it’s not a problem. He came later in the afternoon to get his clothes, and they were HORRIBLE! The cuffs of the shirts had some sort of chemical damage, and the ties were not cleaned. He spoke to the person at the counter about it and was told that he needed
to speak to the manager who would be there the next morning.
I went in the next morning, to speak with the manager, and she informed me that she was not the manager, but the person from the day before was. After a litany

My grandson came to this establishment to have shirts and ties cleaned. Not only were his items unclean, there were chemical stains added. He tried to speak with a manager, and the employees kept passing the buck; he asked to speak with the owner and was denied. It's a shame that establishments have sunk to this level of unprofessionalism. Shame on you all!

This is a VERY unprofessional place of business. I’d like to say that we have used a variety of dry cleaning businesses and this is by far the worst service we have ever received. Not only were the cleanliness of my husband’s shirts and ties subpar, but the unprofessionalism when attempting to address and rectify the issue was ridiculous. We wanted to speak with the manager, rightfully so, and were redirected multiple times with NO resolution and sense of accountability. The clothes were in worse condition than when we dropped them off.. there is now a new, rust-like residual stain on his clothes

***DO NOT GO HERE...I recently had two issues with bringing in my clothes to this establishment. One shirt had a rust stain from what appeared to be machine rust on the back and it was denied they didn’t do it. On a pair pants they were over starched and the pants looked like they aged 10 years. Again this establishment said it was not my fault and they offered no solutions. They appear to be customer oriented but don’t want to take accountability for issues they cause.
