This is one best dry cleaner I have ever been too in a long time. From the customer service at checkin to the closing out of the transaction, they stand to be a number one in my book. Horrible services that are overpriced. They returned my blouses, after returning them for a re-do, but they have permanent stains making them unwearable. The stains were NOT present when I dropped then off. They stated they were having an issue with one of their machines and did not offer an apology or compensation.
I had alterations on a dress. When I picked it up, the seem was crooked and started to come undone. I wore it, but became very embarrassed when several people mentioned the issues at the wedding.
These were the final straws to using their services. Up until then, I just wrote off

Charleston Prestige Cleaners is the only place I trust to clean my dresses. I have a few that are delicate and have beading that were previously damaged by other local dry cleaners. Thankfully, I can have peace of mind knowing that Jeanne has training in caring for such garments and always returns them clean and in immaculate condition.

When they see my car pull up in the driveway of Charleston Prestige I’m greeted with “Hello my friend how is business” the conversation and the fact that everyone’s knows my name means a lot to me! This is the very best dry cleaning service I have ever used. Huge jobs, like post fire restoration of beloved items to the weekly business suits. This is family owned, and I guarantee the owners are in there, elbow to elbow working and making sure every piece is quality checked twice!

My daughter intends to use my 40 year old veil with cap for her wedding in Charleston but the cap appeared to have yellowed. After talking to the owner and sending him a photo of the cap from Raleigh, NC, it was determined that the beaded edging on the cap was the only problem. He was very helpful and I was able to take a task off of my daughter's list of wedding preparations. Wonderful service

I had a wedding dress that was very dirty and we could not believe how incredible it looked after taking it to be cleaned here. The attention to detail was just top notch and the staff was wonderful. I never thought this dress could be worn again and I could not be happier with how it turned out.
