I can not believe this is the medical office. 3 weeks ago called this office and made appointment and asked staff to check the insurance. Staff refused to do it at the time. She asked me to bring the insurance card when we come for the appointment. Today, I came to the appointment and she said they don’t take this insurance. What is this? Are we living in the dinosaurs years? They deserve 0 star.

This is for my father in law who was scheduled an appointment today at this practice. My wife and in law ended up waiting for 2 hours and returned without consulting the doctor because they won't take his insurance. My wife specifically asked them on phone if they would take it and their response was come over and we will look then. Such incompetent staff and they had the audacity to lie saying they left a voicemail later. Thankfully we have the voicemail saved where they haven't mention anything about the insurance. Beware of such practices, highlydiscourage anyone to visit this facility.

In this office all of the employees are unprofessional,
rude, and their are random people picking up the phone
and tell you different kind of information.
Never in my life have i seen this kind of practice. It
doesn't seem like the doctor controls the office and
does his job. I will not recommend this clinic for
anyone. Never ever go!!!

We have tried several times to call. Left several messages needing medication refills, scheduling an appointment and getting a referral sent. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. We ended up going to the ED to get a referral for urology doctor. So frustrating that we cannot get anyone to return our calls, assuming they even listened to the messages!

One of the best experiences I've had with a clinic! The nurses are the sweetest and try their best to make you as comfortable with your appointment through great communication and friendliness. I was attended by a Nurse Practitioner and they were genuinely awesome; I'm glad that I found a clinic for my health needs in Denton! If you are seeking for a new doctor, I 100% recommend this clinic!

Overall a great experience. I had an appointment and my daughter had an appointment 30 minutes after mine. The appointment started right on time and the doctor saw us both, together. It got us in and out in under an hour. The staff was friendly and the doctor explained everything as we went. Would definitely recommend.

I came here from Wichita falls TX, for immigration medical. I can tell they are super prompt with time, no long reception wait at all.
They also very thorough. You are been informed of all the steps they are about to take and explained to you.
The Doctor that attended was very attentive, he had a good rapport.

As soon as I walked in, the doctor and his team we're very professional and organized. They made me feel calm and relaxed. I went to see them because they were by far the most organized and cheapest in Dallas that I could find for my physical exam for my green card interview.
I would highly recommend Denton Family Practice Clinic to everyone.

Denton Family Practice is outstanding. I recommend them highly. Jaime is the absolute best. She is kind caring and very thorough. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. She asks you a lot of questions so that she can diagnose what is wrong you. Rhonda is the best nurse ever. She is amazing. Wherever Jaime and Rhonda are is where I will go. I recommend this clinic and this staff to everyone I know.
