Trinity Gymnastics is amazing. Such a family atmosphere! My kids have made friends for life there and my oldest son has started competing this last year. He is in love. We offer classes in recreational gymnastics, tumbling, aerial arts and parkour for all ages -- walkers to adults -- as well as competitive gymnastics training (USAG Levels 3-10 & GIJO Team) in a safe, fun, supportive and nurturing environment.
Our Tumbling and Tumbling for Cheerleaders program helps beginners learn the most simple skills -- forward & backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs -- while challenging intermediate and advanced students to perfect their most difficult skills -- back handsprings, layouts, layout full twists, double-doubles and more!

At Trinity Academy of Gymnastics, we strive to instill the attitude of a champion in each one of our students. Our idea of a champion is not someone who always beats the competition or never loses, rather, to us a champion is someone who never quits giving their very best - someone who won't let a mistake keep them down.
This is the perfect class for girls starting gymnastics for the first time or those moving up from our Kindergym program. Students are introduced to the basics of gymnastics on all four girls' events including tumble track and trampoline. Each one-hour class is carefully crafted to help students develop grace, balance, coordination, strength, proper form, and technique on the Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam and Trampoline.
The Aerial Arts School located at Trinity Academy of Gymnastics offers masterful training on Aerial Silks and the Lyric Hoop (or Lyra) by expert coach, Sami Swigget. Aerial arts is a beautiful, physically demanding acrobatic discipline using unique equipment in the form of long pieces of fabric or single large metal hoops with which performers execute stunning dance-like movements with grace, strength, and unmatched beauty.
Our team program excels in building "Champions in Body, Mind, and Spirit!" We compete in USAG boys and girls competitive gymnastics as well as the AAU Boys GIJO (Great Illinois Junior Olympics) program. Our competitive programs have produced State, Regional, and National Qualifiers as well as State, Regional, and Junior National Team Members.
Our new tumbling program is stronger, safer, and better in developing the whole athlete than it ever has been before. Our certified, developmental approach promises to develop the most talent in the most tumblers. The traditional "Drill & Kill" approach of continual heavy repetition helps roughly 25% of the most talented athletes develop specific skills, but does so without providing the background necessary for continued advancement.

My son has been going to Trinity for over 4 years now. When he started at Trinity, it was a place to get all his energy out. As time went on, I see it differently on why we go to Trinity. It’s a place where he has gain so much more. He has become more confident. He has formed a trust with his coach. Also, he has grown in a number of skills. He is getting the male bonding that he needs and forming some of the best friendships here. If you asked him, this is the place he would want to go.

Clean facility, calm, more importantly the teachers work so well with the kids. My 3 year old was tentative with forward rolls and hanging on bars. The teacher did it with her side by side and so kindly. They really care about instructing, are patient, and know how to work individually with the kids even in group classes.
