Candace at Kauai Calls was a wonderful host for our stay on Kauai. She provided excellent customer service and found us a fabulous condo at Waipouli Beach Resort over the New Year's holiday. We will definitely book with Candace again to stay at the same place on future visits to Kauai.

Our unit was spectacular, even better than expected, and the staff at Kauai Calls were very responsive. I would use their services again without hesitation. In fact, my husband and I are already plotting our return! Very friendly and very professional!

I had tried changing the dates of my trip Candace told me they had no available dates left. I looked at other booking sites and the same room did have other dates. All we needed to do was change the dates and she lied about there not being any other dates. On top of it she added fees that were never mentioned after I spoke with her. Terrible customer service would not recommend this company. She won’t work with you even with COVID and charges whatever she likes.

Follow up!! Since posting this review, Candace has since canceled my upcoming reservation. She would rather cancel than work with us. I say us because I have stage 4 cancer and we were using a non profit to help book this trip. Her lack of compassion and empathy is disgusting. This company is a joke.

Great spot to stay in Kauai if you need several bedrooms. Everything about the Waipouli beach resort is quality. I used the grills almost every evening and I appreciated how clean and well functioning they were. The pools and hot tubs were great to relax in.

They stuck with us through THREE reschedules during COVID. Always, there and always responsive.
We had two families staying at Waipouli in 2 different units... Both were clean and postcard perfect. The "ONLY" difference was, one was completely stocked with cooking basics and beyond (foil, plastic wrap, spices, s/p, ketchup, other condiments, flour, sugar, etc); the other unit was extremely bare minimum. Not huge deal, one unit borrowed from the other... but surprised there wasn't a consistency of supplies...

This review is only about management, as we did not get to see the condo we rented due to Covid. We reluctantly canceled our trip to Kauai, but were unable to get a refund for our VRBO. Yes, it was past the cancelation date. But the unwillingness to even entertain a conversation about our circumstance was irritating at best. I received canned responses via email multiple times. Our trip was postponed so we would have loved the opportunity to move our reservation, but again, the two invididuals I was in contact with didn't want to even pretend to play ball. And now I get an email asking for a 5
