Walk-ins are not currently offered. Our clinic operates by appointment only. Please be sure to schedule an appointment in advance by using our online booking application. Currently, we are a "Private Pay" clinic only and do not bill insurance providers (medical, PIP, LnI, etc.) At Customized Massage, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service and treatment.
Similar to exercise, massage therapy can dehydrate you. Drinking plenty of water can help reduce the chances of pain and soreness in the days following your visit. Inhale and exhale as you normally would while your massage therapist executes various massage techniques.
If you would prefer to not remove your clothing, please be sure to wear comfortable clothes that will allow your massage therapist to properly and easily maneuver the areas of your body needing to be worked.Our licensed professionals are trained in maintaining proper draping of the body, throughout the session.

Just had a great therapeutic massage to tackle my stiff neck pain and tightness that's limited it's range of motion turning to the right. Great thing about this place is they actually do customize and tailor the massage to target your trouble spots instead of having a set routine and not deviating from it. I had some wicked knots on both sides of my traps which my masseuse Coung kneaded and alleviated the majority of the pain in my neck. He of course tailored the pressure to my comfort and I appreciated heavy hands to knead my trouble spots, which i tolerated just fine. All in all, I

Perfect. Great setting, clean + very modern. I received a massage from Ken here and will definitely be returning. His massage was very detailed. My main problem has always been my neck and shoulders. Instead of simply massaging with a routine, he troubleshot my shoulders and checked in regularly to make sure that he was providing my ideal pressure. Very satisfied - I definitely got the relief from the miserable achiness that I was seeking when first scheduling the visit. Thanks!

I had an appointment with Trinae to help release my lower back and legs, as they were ferociously tight. She worked with my breathing, got into areas I didn't even know were tight or having issues. She obviously has great passion and empathy for the people she works with. I can only recommend booking an appointment if you're at all hesitant. After her work, I was able to sit in a lotus position for the first time! 10/10

I've been coming here since 2019 and I cannot believe I've neglected leaving a review for so long! The space is lovely and soothing, but more than anything Sydney is a top notch massage therapist! I've had a lot of massages over the years (I even was a massage therapist for 4 years), and Sydney blows them all out of the water. She has a calming presence and her massages are somehow incredibly effective at working out the knots and relaxing at the same time. Between working a desk job and weight lifting 5 days/week my body can sometimes be in rough shape, but Sydney always knows how

I rarely give five stars but I have been here twice and have my third appointment tomorrow and cannot wait. I have seen Sydney and Trinea and both are incredibly good. I came in due to pain and needed relief due to specific pain and both did exactly that. I have a massage membership at another place that I will now be canceling and will be switching over to here.

Sydney was my massage therapist for my first visit. Upon her first touch I knew I was in for a good massage. Throughout the rest of my hour and 10 minutes she went above and beyond what I expected. Her slow movements and firm touch was just magical. I came in with a back ache and feeling sluggish but left feeling refreshed and pain free. On top of that her very friendly attitude and smile won me over and I am excited to have Customized Massage as my go to place for all future massage appointments!

Had a great experience here using a last minute online booking. The massage was top-notch and not rushed despite getting booked online. I received a solid 60 minutes and by staff who knew what they were doing. The room was clean, quiet, and properly prepared. Worthy of your money to get a good massage.

I have been getting massages for many years due to shoulder and neck injury. I've experienced all different kinds of massage therapists and styles.
I've been seeing TRINAE for a little less than a year now and she has really listen and learned my body.
She is knowledgeable about how the muscles work and just what my body needs to relax. Since I've been seeing her I've seen major improvements. I recommend anyone to her, especially someone that likes deep tissue. She is one of the strongest and most precious massage therapist I've seen in awhile

Love love love this place. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, with that being said I get a lot of tension headaches and decided that I'd go in for a massage to get all the knots and tension rubbed out. I decided to set a massage up with Sydney and loved every second of it. I asked if she'd concentrate on my shoulders and neck and she got the knots out, left me feeling refreshed after she was done. I set up another appointment for a few weeks out and cannot wait to go back. 100% recommend this place and Sydney

I have absolutely nothing but praises for Trinae! I am new to the area and after I read the reviews about this place I had to see for myself. Trinae worked on my problem areas and she did to me what no other masseuse has ever done. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I already booked my next appointment with her. Oh and booking your next appointment on the same day gets you $10 off which is a great deal! Definitely going to be a regular here.

Myself and my fiance has both seen Cherry twice now. She is very easy to be comfortable around and is open to any areas you would like more focus on. Ive always had the full body. She applies just the right amount of pressure. and is nice that when you set up your following appointment, you get a little discount as a returning customer. And everytime you check in, you get free aromatherapy. i have my next one set up and cant wait :)

I've been a client of the proprietor of Customized Massage for several years now, and in my experience they are the best in Seattle (my wife loves massage, so we've tried many all over the Seattle area and abroad). They've just recently opened premises and are less expensive than any other message therapists we've visited, beating even the subscription prices of corporate massage like Massage Envy.
The therapist is very strong and experienced and obviously has a passion for this work. She is capable deep tissue beyond my pain threshold if required. I was extremely impressed
